Maybe new writers don't know how they can make money from the advertisements.
It might help if you were to write a short tutorial about how to make money successfully from ads posted on your site. I checked the links and you do suggest some sites they can refer to but not a lot of details there.

It is not for me. I am just saying that could be one of the the reasons you are not getting the response you were hoping for.

If someone is just starting out as a writer he probably doesn't know much about ads, SEO, getting an Alexa ranking etc. Maybe make a post explaining the importance of that. It is not just about the quality of the content you are able to produce but how you can advertise it and where.

Who publish minimum 10 articles, will get paid from his 11th article. Payment is depends upon his experience and article.
