Yes it is and as a proof you can now try to see that on the dcoin exchange itself because this coin has already traded in dcoin with USDT as its main pair, to be listed on a high tier exchange site will consumes a lot of time and money. I dont think they will stopped. Probably the campaign decision for monthly and long term duration could somehow affect the recently started trading on Dcoin. Maybe they will open again another campaign for their project but I think the goal here is to avoid dumping of the price, since soms hunters might probably sell their reward. But actually this is good, decision.
