Well, I don't know if you are saying the truth but I will still answer you.
First, what the currency is this? 729.051.200, you have stated amount but we don't if that is fiat or bitcoin quantity.
I may advise you to approach your parents regarding this, instead of you are having to pass KYC, let your parents do that just for you. Well, make sure you explain to them very well.

 I say this not to try to sound discouraging or be negative in any way but look my friend, what you're doing is asking people to incriminate themselves by showing you how to launder cryptocurrency because you claimed to be a kid, but at least you're aware of the legal implications. I'd edit this thread topic and your original post a bit before it ends up getting deleted or possibly your screen name banned.

Why don't you cash it out on Bitcoin ATM? Look for nearest ATM in your area and sell it for cash.

I also advise you to hide sum that you have to avoid getting kidnapped or something like that.

To do that you can send some of the funds to exchange (NEVER send all the funds to exchange as a security precaution, just send the funds you want to convert to cash at that moment). From exchange send them to newly generated BTC address from which you can send to ATM. The reason behind that is when someone will look up from which address the funds came, it will show them exchange address and not your original address with bunch of BTC on it.

You can also sell BTC on localbitcoins directly for cash but also make precaution and send funds trough the exchange, and not directly from original BTC address. But I woludn't advise selling on localbitcoins without your parents because you are kid, and who knows which kind of people you will encounter there.

Obviously, you shouldn't be gambling if your underage, but I think your far from that point. Although I hope you do understand that scripts don't always work and you've gotten very lucky here.

Obviously the only ways your able to cash out here would be OTC trades. Since a large amount would be risky. I'd recommend cashing out 5,000 USD worth of funds every month by meeting up with someone for cash, and then keeping it hidden or cash depositing it. Avoid all signs of it being from gambling and you'll be safe.

Are you able to sign a message from the address containing that u29051200 or something like that amount of unknown currency (guess BTC because at bustabit only BTC are allowed)?

You know it's illegal in your country then why take the risk?

Are you asking if someone can withdraw that amount in your behalf? Did you know that crypto is (psuedo) anonymous and if you go that route someone might scam you?

Go to local bitcoin create a new account in tier 0 where you will have limit of 1000 usd to 2000 usd,so deposit the small amount and convert into cash and the create another new account and so on until you convert everything.Which is the safest method.

I think that it is an obvious attempt to scam some naive people in here.
It sounds like those scams where you need someone to make a deposit to your wallet and withdraw the money. Don't you have parents to help you? If you have earned so much money then they have to.

Hey kid, first of all when you say wash you are pertaining to launder the money. In this case, you do not need to I believe since this is cryptocurrency. If you want to be safe and withdraw all of it, wait till you turn 18 and be of legal age to do anything legal with it.
