Hello,

I had 5 days break (little vacation) after 5 months of looking at charts and reading news about bitcoin/altcoins.
It is like a year for normal (fiat, gold, silver) investor. So I am asking what's the news, what should I invest in, what should I avoid and generally are there any news about next cryptocurrency boom? Cheesy Couse I see big crash right now : P

Coinmarket.io has been declared a scam exchange by the community and looks like owner will be getting away with over 300 000 USD worth of coins. Just be extremely careful with any new exchange.

To try get as many bitcoin deposits as possible before finally being shutdown. They have allowed some alts to be withdrawn but they have stolen the btc and people have been following it into
3 different wallet accounts. Very sad story

plenty of IPO scams. Plenty of premine pump and dump scamcoins. 3 "air-drop" scam coins. Pool scams where operators taking all the mined coins. Exchanges taking bribes for listings. All coins got GOXXED and are selling off. OpenEx and CoinEx got hacked plus Coinmarket.io is a scam exchange.

So basically, business as usual.

Every county now has a 50% premined scamcoin ponzi scheme and our community of cryptotards have embraced them all.

So basically last big alt crash is coused by so many hacks around exchanges as I thught. Also we have more and more new altcoins, but also more and more newcomers. Maybe current rising amount of alts is bigger than amount of newcomers + hackers factor. Anyway I think we should sell anything that was bought for low price (depends from a coin, long topic to determine what this price should be) and wait till next bitcoin/cryptoworld boom.

Why you're so sure that there will be next one?

Am I the only one who still doesn't see the big deal about this? It's not like Litecoin isn't widely available all over the place, how does going on Huobi change a thing?

The truth is that so many bad things happened lately in cryptoworld, bitcoin markets down, altcoins markets down. So many hacking/stealing. Looks like we are into the crypto bottom. Sure some alts will die. But not all for sure.

Can't talk about every coin as there are just too many, but for the 5-6 alt-coins I trade in, all of them are down. Alts in general are just not doing well these days. Maybe after the 200th scam coin / copy'n'paste coin came out the market is just too saturated now, while bTC price looks healthy.
