I do not consider if the coin is cheap or expensive but I consider its volume and its characteristics to survive in the market challenges. Do not buy a coin that you think is cheap, you should always consider the potential of the coin in the market.

I have $ 500 or more, is that enough to invest or trade daily ?? Do I need to buy cheap coins or expensive coins? I want your opinion for me as a newbie.
I think it is enough, even you only have a $1 or $5 you can still trade because it can still give a good profit. But i don't recommend you to buy cheap coins because most likely a cheap coin doesn't have a potential to have a good value, that is why i recommend you to buy coins that are not cheap nor expensive, just coins that you think that has a potential to have a good value in the near future for you to earn a huge profit.

it doessn't matter because, your bankroll always need to be 100x what you want to bet, so now you can bet at max $5, but by looking at your proposal i believe you are newbie, in this area, so it's better to invest in an altcoin, that have high chance to increase than trading

$500 capital is a good start in trading of cryptocurrencies. I started to trade and my capital when I'm newvie is $1200. By the end of the year, I double it through my trading skills.

I think as a newbie you need to divide your $500 to buy coin. You must buy different kind of coin to trade to have a chance to have a return of investment. I think this is a good start to learn trading. Explore it on your self. Make an experiment. Choose a good and fast moving coin. Try to look in different chart so you have an idea what are the good coin.

Do not rush into the market or you will lose all your money. Spend some time by researching and analysing coins to find the right ones for you. It will take time, but at the end, you will be able to form your own portfolio.

Divide 500 USD into to 5 pieces as diversity is important.
Focus on top ranked coins as they stay strong among others.
ETH BNB and LTC are good top ranked coins.
You can add TOMO and ATOM near them.
Do not expect making 500 USD to 5.000 USD during this market conditions.
Or stay at USDT and wait the bull market coming.

With $ 500 you can buy tokens / coins that are potential I think it's enough as a newbie with that kind of fund, the important thing is you can judge and choose good coins remember don't buy in small or unknown exchanges that are not recommended right, and look for information about coins in this forum or in the Telegram community and etc., you also need to have trading skills.

What is enough here is the knowledge. What's the point of having big capital if you don't know what you gonna do in the end. Talking about opinions, the bigger the investment the bigger the risk, and the bigger the benefit on the other end. As to maximize your benefits, put your investment to different coin do not settle with one option only. Second thing, calculate the risk on how big would be the impact is to your investment, and if you can bear it then go a long. Third thing, is to go with your plan all accordingly, because going in beyond what you have planned might hold you back on your trading future. Else, do not worry if you fail stepping up always is the best decision you could always do.

Investment in good and cheaper coin is successful for any trader. So, under 1$ per coin is better for good in my opinion. If expensive coin we buy and couldn’t gain, then we will finish, so be careful and good luck.

$500 is definitely enough. May I suggest not speculating in altcoins that are listed beneath the top 100 coins on coinmarketcap? There's an off chance you may make a profit if you buy one of those, but there's also a very good chance you'll get stuck with coins that no one wants. If I were you I'd be buying bitcoin with that money, but if alts are what you want, go with Eth or something with a large marketcap. You're going to want to be able to sell them eventually and the larger marketcap coins generally have a more liquid market.
By the way, now is a great time to be buying alts since most of them are trading at much lower valuations than they were even a year ago. If you're trying to buy low and sell high...it's a good time to buy low, and this might be as low as it gets.

For just $ 1 you can trade. There is no minimum amount, the more funds the better and the greater the risk of loss. That is if you have large funds to trade, so be careful when buying coins that are not potentially future. That will result in you losing a lot of funds.
what OP mean is what coin they can buy with money just $500 not want your adivse to start trading with laverage, that's a risk for newcomer and want to invest money in crypto to start trading with laverage without know any information

well , even $10 its still enough to get profit, but of course the profits may seems cheap. my opinion , buy some cheap token from 50% of funds , then 30% buy strong value coins such as btc, bnb, leo, ltc then 20% just buy usdt. or if u want do day trading , just make target 2-5% a day is good enough. or if u crazy enough, u can try a binance futures with 125 laverage

Five hundred dollars isn't too small for an investment in cryptocurrency. That is about 3 Ethereums. But investing in altcoins may not be a wise decision as no token has been doing good in price above the IEO/ICO prices.

Large or small amount to invest is not a problem, the most important thing is that you choose the right coins and profitable. my suggestion is that your $ 500 capital should be divided by a number of potentially profitable coins, and I recommend $ 300 in bitcoin and $ 200 into some Altcoins like Ethereum and Litecoin which in my opinion are potentially profitable.

I`m always for diversifying investment. Why to put all the eggs in one basket, when you can split that eggs in several baskets. All three are on the top in crypto, bitcoin, litecoin and ethereum. I believe that everyone should have at least some amount of money in this three, for long term holding or for the trading. But I would advise him to invest at least 10% of his amount in some alt that has a very low price, around a dollar. Qtum, Waves, Nano or any other, there are many good ones to choose from.

There are a LOT of altcoins so the most common strategy for investment is to invest with different alts. Varying once investment profile can help reduce the risk of failing but there is of course a catch. You wouldn't have the maximum possible profit you can with the total capital you have for one coin but it's okay. Investing your money in one coin has very slim chance to gain that maximum possible profit so it will be wiser to invest in different cryptos. I suggest you look up coins that have good trading volume and are in the ranks among cryptos for obvious reasons.

First of all, you don't need a whole lot of money in your wallet before you can start making profit. You can even start with as low as $10 and make enough profit within a short period of trading under favourable conditions. You can simply do margin trading with bitcoin or any altcoin you are familiar with and make profit with your $500.

I would definetly buy cheap coins, coins like ripple (XRP) Tron (TRX) Stellar (XLM) I have been known to take $150 in TRX and day trade and every 2 or 3 days pick up several hundred more TRX. Make 10-$20 in profits a week. $500 is not a bad investment. You wont get rich but you can earn a little extra weekly income if you buy the right coins!
