Have you created more than 1 account using the same IP? If yes, then you are really having that multi-accounting violation which majority of gambling sites or other any service do prohibits on.

Theres nothing you can do if they do decide to hold or freeze your account since you violate their ToS.Unless if they do reconsider you out but depending on the level
of you had violated but if they do see some abuse like on giveaways or bonuses then better not to think about chances.

then that old account might be the reason why they accused you of multi-accounting. there has been a lot of accusation made to to fortunejack yet they are still
one of the most trusted gambling site today. I had an account in fortunejack and played in their site for a while but I never encountered any problem during that time.

I answered the e-mail and said that I never made more than one account and asked them to provide proof
A few hours later they processed my withdrawal.

So in conclusion they will freeze all new accounts, but if you can prove that you don't have more than one account then the withdrawal will be processed.

You can try reasoning first with their customer support and explaining your situation to them. Going here and asking if they are a scam or legit isn't gonna really help you resolve your problem since even if they are, they aren't gonna return your deposit. Answering your question, yes, they are a legit gambling site that is pretty heavy with the existence of bitcoin. Try contacting their customer support mate, should resolve your problem

They might be having this mentioned in their terms, but this is completely an unfair rule. Once after winning it is their money and here the fortunejack team should not try to control it. When the user tends to withdraw it needs to be processed. Requesting to prove that you don't have any other account is simply annoying. No gambling sites should do this, if their policy is to have one account the users should be requested to prove it prior to the betting.

No and I have no idea on why you even had the idea of them scamming you.

Before, I had the opportunity of representing them through their campaign signature for 5 weeks and they paid consistently throughout. I also even participated on their gambling website and I had no issues with claiming everything. Plus, they have an excellent service and you could message them if you have a problem with regard to your payments/deposits.

Maybe you really create more than 1 account on there site using same IP. I also encounter this issue last year and admit to them that I have 2 accounts. In my case, I didn't use already my first account for almost 2 years and I forgot already the email and password that used so I create new account to play again. That is my explanation to them and they accept it. They just delete my old account and process my withdrawal smoothly. Until now, I never encounter this issue again.

PS: If you use the referral link of your old account to your new account then I believe its a different case.

FortuneJack is so old as a gambling site and is a legitimate one. There's no question about its legitimacy. Although, the question of yours, it's misleading because of there are 2 questions that are opposing each other and its only answerable by yes or no.

Anyway, ask yourself if you did have multi-account on their site? If you do then you're the one that is wrong.

Fortunejack won't scam a few people just to destroy their reputation, fwiw i've made a deposit recently to try their dice and was able to withdraw after clearing the rollover.. If you want to know the truth you should post on their ann thread they did it once with screwbc which was linked above maybe they'll reveal how your account got linked with a different account. Also did you use a vpn when you're playing on fortunejack?

They are legit, they'd been in cryptospace for quite long and as like what they said they will not risk their name for small amounts, unless you put bigger amount or win alot.  though I only play dice in it sometimes but I was able to withdraw it smoothly, maybe you unfollow some of their rules and regulations. In cases like this fortunejack will have to prove that you're multi-accounting before they can block your account then give you a chance to prove yourself as well, probably through identity. If there's no real connection then they'll surely not claim you have multi accounts, I suggest you just reach out to them and have this solve amicably.
