They have been harassing me with adds, and I didn't remember any negative reviews, in fact I remembered good ones. Now I finally deposit, and when I go to withdraw they accuse me of multi-accounting? Has this happened to anyone else, or anyone know how I can clear this up? I might have had a really old account that I forgot about, but I'm really careful to never give online casino's an excuse to scam me?
Fortune jack is a legit gambling site which have been in existence for long time and if you truly don't break the site rules and regulations I will advise to write about your situations in their ANN thread or take it to ask gambler.

The fact that you suspect you might have an old account probably indicates that you do indeed have another account. With that said, I don't think FortuneJack would outright just keep your money after detecting you have multiple accounts.

Maybe you should provide us screenshots of exactly what they said, so we can be better help gauge who is in the wrong here. I can't see any reason why they should be able to keep your money simply for multi-accounting, unless your other accounts somehow stole money from them or owe them money.

Imagine opening two bank accounts with the same branch, depositing $10,000 into each, then being told your second $10k is gone because you've got two accounts. Sounds ridiculous.

In cases like this fortunejack will have to prove that you're multi-accounting before they can block your account then give you a chance to prove yourself as well, probably through identity. If there's no real connection then they'll surely not claim you have multi accounts, I suggest you just reach out to them and have this solve amicably.

Good advice. You shouldn't also open the topic first and try to solve it. If there is no new bright spot you open the topic, so everyone knows. But here we cannot justify any party unless there must be a statement that party A is indeed guilty or vice versa.

Fortune Jack pretty much has a reputation now and I think there are many people trusting them and in my opinion, I haven't had a problem using their service as well, but if you had problems with multi-accounting on their part well maybe you had really committed multiple accounts as you have said that you might have a really old account back then, Or your IP address had been used to make a new account for Fortunejack and FJ system detected it, you know people using VPN to hack another IP, Well there are many cases like these and the solution would create a new account on a new IP address.

So what he should do is contact the support of FJ, ask the reason why it was detected that he has multi-accounts? Explain his side that if he has old one, he's not using that anymore. I think FJ will consider his side if he is professional about it. There's no reason for FJ to ruin their reputation just for one account.

Also, if the OP can just remove the poll as this doesn't make sense at all.  Tongue

They paid me. Probably a really old account. Gave me a warning and any multi accounting here on they will seize funds. Man least they paid me that scared me. So I say they are legit just don't take any of they're bonuses and such. Bovada has froze my account upon withdraw before too, why do these sites do that? Just ban us if your going to, don't let us deposit, win, then go to withdraw and get locked, wierd huh?

Fortune Jack is legit site,if you are cheating their promotions with multi accounts then they will freeze your account.

But by asking this you can bring your funds back.

Go to their ANN and let them know what is your issue, there are someone from FJ might help you.

I don't think Fortune Jack is a scam as they are one of the oldest gambling sites which still online until now. They won't damage their reputation because of scamming one person, and they won't trick people because of money. Did you try to contact the support system and ask them to help you? I think they will help every member who has a problem. Perhaps, you can explain your account to them, and I am sure they will check it for you and solve your problem.

I actually had an issue with having multiple accounts as well when I was signing up for the site a bit more than a year ago; in that case, I had an extremely old account with a similar email address with a password I had long forgotten that the site support was likely able to trace to my new one or something else similar to that. It likely wasn't an issue with IPs, but I contacted site support then and they were able to fix the issue pretty expediently after I agreed to have the older account deleted. Seemed fair enough to me, though at that time the old account had hardly any balance left in it.

As to whether or not the site's legit, that's up to you to decide. I won't interfere with that.

Hi Mate
I also made an account a few days ago, after winning the bet then I made a withdrawal and they said the same thing "multi account"
I answered the e-mail and said that I never made more than one account and asked them to provide proof
A few hours later they processed my withdrawal.

So in conclusion they will freeze all new accounts, but if you can prove that you don't have more than one account then the withdrawal will be processed.

This might work, I think they are checking multi accounts through IP address, and cross checkig whether the e-mail or any other credentials are similar with an existing account that is why thwy freeze an account. Just try to talk to the support smoothly and present all the proof and explain everything clearly. I guess they might consider it since fortunejack is one of the most trusted and established gambling site in crypto.

So you have multiple accounts or like you say you might have old account there is nothing to complain about.
And I don't see how can you FortuneJack be a scam?

Ok sorry guys I wasn't very clear. So the 7 no's stand for no it's not a scam site. They are just strict about bonuses, and multi-accounting so tread carefully. I still think it's wrong to let some one deposit, win, then tell them, " Multi-accounting". But in the end they paid me, so I'm happy.

Some gambling sites and Casinos forbid participants to create multiple accounts because it is a form of cheating because I know FortuneJack has some attractive promos for new members so they might tighten their system so there is no cheating for that. So, now your problem is solved I suggest closing this thread.

Fortunejack did have some issues and accusation in the past but they had solved them professionally. Now they are one of the oldest and trusted gambling site in this field.
Any gambling sites providing promos and bonuses and even faucets are serious about the multiple account issues. Creating a multiple account on such sites are considered illegal.
