Hi, all.

We manage simple provably fair casino.
Users can check their bets.
We pay all wins/withdrawals, don't scam any one.

We have 3 FAIL's when we  started topic on BTT:
1. When we started MultiCoinGames, any user can get for free 1$ and deposit was required for withdrawals.
Some users from BitcoinTalk was thinked our site scam, and this promo was cancelled then.
2. Our first thread was moderated.
Moderated thread was deleted, people should have open reviews about our gambling site, and we created unmoderated thread.
3. Then we created alt account instead of properly solving the scam accusation against him, yes I know it's so stupid.
But our site not scam.

What we can do to have good reputation on BTT?

Sorry, but what you did (creating a self moderated thread, creating an alt account after receiving red tags...) are exactly what a typical scammer would do.
To get rid of your bad reputation you should talk to those who left you negative feedback and prove to them that they were wrong so they remove their tags.
Use your main account and don't run away when someone accuse you. Prove he is wrong with strong evidences.
Unfortunately, your casino's reputation depends on your reputation here.

I see that there is a lot of issues being reported in your main thread which you failed to answer satisfactory in your  Ann thread .  You still have many questions which you did not answer properly here and then you created this thread.

You need to be honest if you want a good reputation in BTT and everywhere else too. If you are honest, people will believe you even if you have a moderated thread or  alt accounts but if your intent is to scam then you will be treated the same you are being treated now.

I wanna let you know that bitcointalk community is not friendly for someone like you who have already set his footprints as a alt with fraudulent activity. You have already got multiple red tags for your past doings and expecting mercy from this situation is nothing but a waste of time. You should thought about building reputation before destroying it.

Its pretty much hard to find a proper way to get your reputation back again but hope you will not make it worse by continuing similar thing in the future. I am very interested to hear your decision about someone if he is guilty for committing scam or using alt. Maybe you can give him second chance but at least i am not going to do that for sure.

It doesn't matter if he played and was scammed or not. The problem is, you did some shady shit period. If you want to correct your reputation then from this day forward start operating in a non shady method.  You have already agreed that some of the stuff you pulled was shady.

No casino or business will make it far in the bitcoin world unless they operate 100% honest and address users concerns from their main account.

Everyone who registered for your promotion of 1usd should be paid, period.

If you didn't want to hand over one dollar, why did you promised that ?

You cannot make a promotion and say you are paying people, but in the shadows you are planing some other method not to pay them (like asking for a deposit before withdrawal)

This is exactly how he lost it.
According to the scam accusations and feedback on both accounts he created, you can clearly see that OP created a self moderated thread and when he was asked question, he started deleting the replies, which was a number one red flag... very unprofessional because that's the kind of thing most scammers do here.

OP, this is the internet. If you don't show any trustworthy behavior then don't expect any positive trust at all. You started off on a wrong foot, so you will have to deal with it. Trust is not cheap here if you screw up.

Not a single person here has voted or argued in your favor. You can blame when one or two members falsely accuse you but then whole bunch of members are against you, it means you have problems with yourself.  It can be that you were too unmatured to start the gambling site and your promotions were shady which you could not fulfill and everyone here lost the trust.
Moving forward, if you still believe you and your site will never scam anyone, go ahead and take your time. Once people are satisfied they will automatically give good feedback and people opinion will change too. Making a thread to clear your reputation will have no effect.

Why don't you put those two together, and start addressing the scam accusation from your main account?

I doubt you'll recover though, much of your behaviour and actions are very typical for scammers, including the attacks on people who called you out.

Your approach is completely opposite of what it should be: you expect to be trusted, without giving any reason to do so. Why would anyone ever trust you, considering the fact there are enough highly trusted websites out there?

Creating alt account when you got red tag on your main account is useless. Because users will find out you and they might tag you again. So obviously it was a shady attempt to build reputation.

If you are apologies about your behaviour and want to get back reputation then there is no other way to do it except solve the all unloved cases. And make an apology letter with solved proof. Perhaps DT's would reconsider your case once again.

This community isn't for ruin your reputation. This community is for save each other from scammer. Community is enough helpful, and your help would solve your issue.

Basing it on what I have seen so far, members who haven't build up their reputation yet and has already been tagged based on their scam accusation cannot really have a good reputation. You already have lost your chance by the mistakes you did and there is no going back from that. In my opinion if you really want a chance to somehow start up fresh then you must fix your scam accusation first before you even try to build up a good reputation. Of course there will be no guarantees that it will fix the problem but it's your only chance to start out clean.

You didn't scam anyone but your behavior/activities in this forum was fishy which was likely to be a scammer. Take time and conduct your site honestly without any scam accusation. Member who have left negative trust may consider later to remove the tag once you can prove that you are unlikely to be a typical scammer.

I don't understand how could you expect mercy without solving all the issues from your end. Although your overall behavior isn't so gentle enough IMO. Anyone can easily get idea about your professionalism by seeing your previous replies on this thread. I don't think that you opened this thread for finding a solution rather than making it much complicated. You should skip your attacking replies where community members have no intention to destroy your reputation.

The people posting here especially Yahoo have been in the bitcoin gambling industry for a very long time and if you think they're mistaken then you've lost all the hopes of getting your site anywhere.
