Hi, I am going to try to be short so go straight to the story:
Some woman contact me trough Instagram first time in September with some normal questions. Her profile says "Binary expert, bitcoin trader, forex trader" with the website link on the bio
Slowly her conversation was about investing in bitcoin and the returns that could give. This all take till like one week ago, where I decided to put 180$ on in. I put it thinking that they were lost but something in me(the stupid part of me) was saying yeah maybe might be good. I put it trough coinbase and then send it in bitcoin
Well in a couple of days the money grow exponentially of course. Then she started talking about reinvest the amount that was already there, so the inicial investment plus the profits. Then I realized that I had won a bonus. I asked her why and se said the company give that to some new investors, big investors, etc. Then I get more suspicious with that. Then she started saying that the best way to make more money was for me to reinvest periodically with my new money. So make new deposits. I kindly deny and said that I need to know if I can take the money out first and see how real this thing is to make any more deposits( I am not, just testing the waters). She said sure, when the trading period end you can raise the money(ended yesterday).

In the meanwhile I did some search:
She has profile in linkedin, but the picture in Instagram when searched in google images, goes to a famous blogger of clothes and food!! So fake profile in Instagram. But she still puts pictures of the real lady with husband and kids....
The webpage as a stock image and the chat no one answers, and the design is...not fancy...something is missing
I can 't find any info about the company, no scam reports or good things. In some website, there was a rating of 85% that is a legit website but like with 2 ratings...
The website was created in May, but in the website they say they exist since 2012...

So when the trading period ended I went to the website, put the address of coinbase wallet and just withdraw 10$, to see what happens. It went pending till not long time ago where I receive a email saying that "We noticed you requested for withdrawal today, unfortunately you did not follow our policy of withdrawal by withdrawing all your funds. You are not allowed to withdraw part and reinvest part. When the funds you reinvested reaches maturity, you can ask for withdrawal again.

The normal process of withdrawing and reinvesting is to withdraw all funds first (Capital plus profits). You can then make a new investment in the same package or a new package thereafter. "

And the thing is that she told me that once when i ask her, she said that I had to raise everything...

What is the catch here?
How I am more vulnerable, except for the money that I put that I already take as lost.
You think I can try to withdraw the money?

Thank you people

I could be wrong. But this more likely a scam. Have your investment passed the maturity? This is like cryptocurrency mining investment. There should be a contract and the maturity date should be indicated there. If you think your investment reached the maturity and the fund is still pending. You can't do anything about that. You have been scammed. You can report them here tho. If they have accounts here. Just report here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Better start trading on your own. There's a lot of tools out there which can provide you knowledge. Even the investment where you put your money at is legit one. There's no guarantee you are able to get good profit from that.

Obvious scam and/or Ponzi scheme more info here the basic thing is, you deposit money, the money "grows" but they offer you to keep the money in, you keep the money in, the money grows even more. And 2 weeks later the whole system is gone. You attempting to withdraw that 10 dollar and failing should give you enough red flags to forcefully ask your withdrawal and never deposit money again. If a random person on the internet approaches you about an investment that you can do and gain a lot of profit from it, you are 99% being scammed.

Why not put the Instagram profile URL here so that we can check if it is a legit one or not.

Honestly, I don't trust Instagram for any investment there are many scammers out there who abuse getting traffic for free by keep posting random images.

I have past experienced in promoting some CPA sites with Instagram and I can use multiple accounts with different dedicated IPs each account without any issues even phishing sites can be put in bio. If someone reported her with proof Instagram will delete it or ban her account if they found she's scamming.

So, I think she is 1000% scammer if you can't request for withdrawal or if she can't give your deposit amount its scam and there is no investment are legit.

Read this below if how to report her:

Since you paid her with BTC from Coinbase there's no way to get it back unless if she give your deposit amount including the profit if ever you got it better to don't invest it back to her. And stop investing in any investment sites or just like what she offers.

If you want to make a profit in trading better learn how to trade there are some threads here that I think will help you learn.

Check these sample guides below:

Sorry OP but you were definitely scammed.
No one is just going to get money from you in the name of "investment" and then give up back profits in a few days without you break a sweat except the part of sending them money.

The fake stock photos you saw being used are a common scammer tactic to give you an impression that they are legit, yet they are not. I would advice to report the scammers Instagram profile and also make a scam accusation here about the website that scammed you.

According to the story, it sounds like a ponzi scheme which is 100% scam.

man, do not listen to your half which say try it and you will be rich!
no, this is a scam.
you will loose all your money.
now try to take back all you have sent them, if that women asks you why you wanna withdraw, answer that you want to check all procedures of the company and see if they not cheat you.
and if all goes good, then you will invest much more money and advise your friends to do so.
she have to believe you, and allow you to withdraw, then just run out of this scam!

Just by the fact that she uses a fake instagram account and false information regarding website information, you should've already noticed it was a scam. Sadly, you didn't perform any research prior to the investment which could be, well, partly your fault. They could let it grow and grow in the surface since you don't have it anymore, but in reality, your funds were already lost the moment you gave it to her. You should probably put up a review about it in some review sites or at the very least spread the word about it through forums such as this.

I am sorry to say but most likely you have been scammed.

First they contact you asking some personal questions like from where are you, what's your job etc, acting friendly, and then they slide the conversation towards investments. In some cases with similar scams they allow you to withdraw some small amount to gain your trust so you can invest even more, and they offer you referral bonus so you can invite your friends.
Also, it would be good idea to share their website and her Instagram profile link.

Rule of a thumb-if someone contacts you on any social media platform asking for investment, it is a scam.

Ponzi schemes are very funny, they let you withdraw sometimes to make you believe it real, other times they don't let you withdraw. Have you tried withdrawing the "full amount"?

There is only one answer with your question. You ask about what will happen if you try to withdraw your money and in this case the answer is no since it's a scam. If you deposited your money to a scam site then it is more likely that the money can't be withdrawn and the scammer can get the money.

Yeah I know it's a scammed and I have been scammed. My main question is what happens the worst case scenario if I try to withdraw all the money?
Ponzi schemes are very funny, they let you withdraw sometimes to make you believe it real, other times they don't let you withdraw. Have you tried withdrawing the "full amount"?
This one is also true. Ponzi schemes will make you believe that you can withdraw your money and that will make you think that it's legit but the person behind it is waiting for a chance to scam after you trust the site.

This should be a lesson so that doing research at the beginning is not when you have given your money, you have really been deceived.

Do not believe the words that require you to make deposit again so that you can withdraw previous funds.

What do you expect from someone who has put all this effort into scamming you? Will S/he give you the money back? I do not think so.
This trick is old, where someone creates a site and requires you to deposit. The entire database on that site is under the control of the scammer so it can generate values in any numbers (for example, you have earned $ 500 but need to deposit more to withdraw, the minimum is $ 5200.) And will send error messages even if you deposit the $ 20

Yeah I know it's a scammed and I have been scammed. My main question is what happens the worst case scenario if I try to withdraw all the money?
That is her profile.
https://www.instagram.com/donna_.wilson/
The alleged Donna Wilson, who is probably hairy as fuck, has 2 tennis ball sized balls and a microscopic dick, can become whoever she/he/it wishes to be on the internet, simply by pulling and image from some random site.

You can see the same image representing an alleged Jennifer T Spillman (https://insee.me/u/jenniferspillman44), but the profile photo is from an Emily Schuman, who is pretty much into cupcakes and cashmere (https://thespotlyte.com/1121503/emily-schuman-cupcakes-and-cashmere).

The investment plan was obviously a scam, and there is a never ending line of people that will alas fall for them, despite being off the charts by a league.

Ponzi schemes are very funny, they let you withdraw sometimes to make you believe it real, other times they don't let you withdraw. Have you tried withdrawing the "full amount"?
No  I haven't.
I've been thinking why she always mentioned that it has to be the full amount to raise
Even today she send me a message saying:
"Your trading account is dormant with funds laying idle in hut account balance.
Simply withdraw all or reinvest it to earn more."
I'm always wondering if there is another catch with that withdraw all...

Two possibilities...

1.  This is ponzi scam. You can maybe get lucky and withdraw profits, if they think it will convince you to invest more, but eventually, you will not be able to withdraw anything and you will lose everything you give them.

2. This is money laundering scam.  They convince you to buy "clean" bitcoins from coinbase and send to them.  Then they use "dirty" bitcoins that they acquired illegally (theft, murder, etc) to send you your withdrawal.  Law enforcement traces "dirty" bitcoins to you and thinks you commited the crime. Comes knocking on your door.  Criminal gets to keep only your starting investment, but it is "clean" enough that they are not worried about law enforcement.

the worst and most probable scenario here is that you lose all your investment, and not get a single dollar back from the 180 USD you invested.

In the very unlikely case that they credit your account any promised theoretical returns, you should consider the money laundering possibility mentioned by @DannyHamilton and withdraw those funds as anonymously as possible...

please update what happens after you withdraw the full amount, and don't spend too much time chatting with the "instagram lady" with the cute toes  Wink

After read your story I am realising that you have invested on a ponzi scheme. It would be more better if you post the website link here, then we might help you to determine full story. Regarding withdrawal of your fund totally dpend on your luck. New ponzi scheme try to gain trust by giving withdrawal at the beginning, but once big amount of money will on their hand simply they will skip. Most likely fake girls just use referral link to invite you. Perhaps she/he have invested as well or he/she is the owner. Who know the reality. Just remember, all the ponzi scheme has been turned into scam. So there is no way to trust them. Don't be much greedy, it would destroy your life.

put the address of coinbase wallet and just withdraw 10$, to see what happens.
Before investing, try first to find out about the company, how long it has been registered, where the office is, try to call them. Just look at the reviews on YouTube.
