Hi,
I am looking to sell a platform as a service. It is primarily designed to connect brands to influencers on instagram, youtube and twitter. Brands can purchase shoutouts/promotional campaigns from the influencers across all 3 platforms and are also able to communicate effectively via a chat system. All the chat history is recorded by the system in case a dispute is raised by either parties.
We have spent over a year designing this platform, allowing both parties to connect to each other with no need of "trust" being a factor when payments are concerned. We have incorporated an intelligent payment system in which, the payment from the buyer is only released to the seller if the buyer confirms that the seller has completed what he was told. During the process of the negotiation, the payment is held by the platform. This eliminates any false disputes/chargebacks or any reduction in quality from the seller's side.
The platform only accepts influencers that are eligible and meet a criteria and benefits by charging a small commission of 10-20% for the transactions. Registration is completely free that attracts buyers and sellers, both, to the platform. Live Chat will also be incorporated to the platform shortly in order to allow any questions to be answered in the quickest time possible.
With this information, you would have realised that this platform was made, keeping all parties in mind. There are of course several other features as part of the service such as data analytics, future projections and score systems (reliability score) of the accounts registered and more. There will also be featured accounts that will pay the platform a subscription fee to be seen on top of everyone else to sell their campaigns. Of course, the platform owners can decide whether to charge a fixed fee or make it an auction if they have a large number of influencers on the platform, making them compete with one another.
We feel like this platform will be a huge opportunity for agencies that are already trying to connect influencers to brands on instagram, youtube and twitter as it has so many features that will attract both parties in no time. It is a business model, capable of earning money through various avenues and scalability is pretty good with platforms as you may already know.
Keeping this post concise, we are looking to sell this platform as a service. We will be managing all the work required for the platform, fixing any bugs/errors, updating the platform and introducing it with newer features in the future updates for a monthly subscription.
