It would still be the users name on the authorisation or whatever you use it for.
Please state what you will do with it. This can have legal implications.
Also why a Lydia VCC and not other provider?
It will be used for Spotify trials. You can definitely see the charge on the app. I have worked with a person from France before. He was the one who suggested to me until he went mia. Lydia is the only provider I know and which worked well.
Anyways I am gonna lock this thread as I found a VCC from my own bank.
