They get hacked , hacker have the complete database of all players.Names , Email , Adress , passwords.
Few week ago all users get a Email from "bitcasino" pay this xxx for play more on our casino.

This email was by scammers sent , but it means they have ALL our datas from bitcasino.io database.
Shit security , shit team , shit help.


One mate of me play more than 250k $ , than he won one time 83k $ and they dont pay it out! because a slotmaschine error haha!

Please try to provide proper evidences before rising a claim against any project. Just by reading your topic no one gonna get clear idea about the incident what actually happened and you just describe the matter from your side without providing any evidences. If your friend got scammed by bitcasino then you can suggest him to open a valid scam accusation here with valid informations or you can collect from him.

True there is no valid evidence here about bitcasino.io scamm, the OP only hears talk from friends and it's not necessarily true or they are making it up, I just need proof to ensure that the bitcasino site must be watched if it is true.

this is the reason , because all regged users get an email by scammers.
They sent to all members from bitcasino scamming mails.

On Saturday 28th of September, our third-party software we use for sending out promotional emails, Customer.io, was compromised leading to a mass fraudulent email being sent out to predefined player groups. Yes , with payout i have Also problems there , first day Played lost 3k€ after this win and cant payout after this.
