I like the cryptocurrency due to the privacy, i do not like to send my IDs to anyone even if it is popular and trusted websites, requesting KYC to participate in IEO is against privacy why i have to send my ID to participate in IEO!!
Most of exchanges launched their IEO platform required KYC.
Is there any exchanges run IEO and do not required KYC.

There is no IEO without KYC, so far I have never found it. In my opinion KYC on the market exchange is more trustworthy (trusted, 7 out of 10) than doing KYC conducted by a project whose project could end up scam and could misuse our identity.

it would be even more disappointing if Kyc's request was only for small gifts, and that was very unfair. unfortunately there are still many who follow the kyc command for verification, hopefully not used for bad purposes by the team, and data confidentiality is maintained

KYC for IEO participants is in my opinion important to know customers from IEO. In addition to getting to know the product customers, KYC is also useful for security for investors themselves. I don't mind if IEO requires KYC for participants, but for airdrop and bounty it feels a bit heavy.

Yes, there is some exchange that doesn't ask KYC for IEO! You can try to participate in their IEO sale, but I can confirm you that, your investment will go into vain, even you can get scam easily. If you need those exchanges name, you may PM me. Lol!
KYC is a very common issue nowadays! Even I am doing KYC in a reputed place! KYC can't remove a scammer from the crypto, but it can help in potential exchanges! Without doing KYC, sorry, you can't participate in any potential IEO!

There are some exchanges that dont need to have a KYC for that, but there are some projects do their IEO on their Exchange that needs KYC.
We can choose not to send and not to invest also, but some really need it as it will one of the best things to have so they can filter the investors.
Some countries don't allow their people to join any of it and still, they are trying to.
But I also hope that KYC never launches in cryptocurrency.

If you want to join IEO provide your ID. Today no other crypto is allowed to go anonymous and it is absolutely necessary to prevent scams and other incidents that we do not expect. So if you want to properly and without fear of theft of invesment, join the IEO where they know their customers well.

I think most large exchanges require KYC for security and verification. IEO is now a good solution for investing in crypto after many frauds occur in ICO. IEO requires exchanges that cooperate with the project developer. KYC is not a guaranteed that IEO project will be successful but it is a must for exchanges to implement KYC for IEO participants, you must be careful of exchanges that does not ask for KYC to participate in any IEO project, its not safe at all

I think it's very rare to see IEO without KYC. because most markets have regulations in knowing their customers, because of that KYC is really needed to follow an IEO, especially in a market that has a large popularity. for now, it is very rare to see IEO who can participate without KYC. There are a lot of exchanges that do not need your KYC documents, but generally all those exchanges are trash. All solid exchanges like Kucoin, Gate.io or Huobi requiring your documents to complete the KYC process and to allow you to take part in IEOs on their platform.

Yes also BitForex is requiring KYC which for me is good if this is really required then nothing is wrong with it.  Giving Kyc in a legit and credible exchange is good if we really want to invest in IEO. Besides, I prefer investing IEO in good exchange.

If you don't want to send your KYC, don't participate in IEO. a project that they hold also requires trust from you. and many IEOs don't need KYC but don't be disappointed with what you do for it.

If I remember correctly, Binancechain made IEO sales. I even remember it explained it shortly before it was created. But not all IEO sales are in BinanceChain, so if you only work with them, you can only get what they offer. I do not know how much this would suit you, but for me the key factor is project, not exchange. I do not think any of us would give up if we had a chance to protect our privacy.

Exchange that are regulated are required to require KYC to their clients, that's basic.
If we like to enjoy a full privacy, we should not allow regulation in the space which is impossible since its the only way to gain adoption.

We've seen the effect of no or lack of regulation, there's a lot of scams being tallied in the crypto space, we don't want to see that increasing as that would destroy the future of crypto, whether we like it or not regulation is going to happen and every exchange will require KYC.

sadly , i cant find IEO from popular exchange without KYC requirement for their IEO.
because i just searching from popular exchange, u know why, because its totaly minimalize of risk from Low ROI and scam project, well, although for that I must be willing to provide my personal data.
for me,it's worth it.
You can choose to remain anonymous but risking your money with Ghost IEO , or vice versa.

I don't think it would be possible to participate in an IEO without doing the KYC because if they do it that way, many criminals would abuse it and money laundering is still an issue, all these things are why exchanges insist on the KYC and also to meet regulations.
