No, when you say people, you are referring to the majority of people who enter in crypto and loss interest afterwards.
I am not seeing that scenario, people or majority of them are still loving crypto, why I said that? what's my basis?

its simple, look at the bitcoin trading volume, its still high with $15 billion .

@Ziskinberg

Totally agree. Just because some ordinary people lost interest in crypto, it does not mean that investors and entrepreneurs think the same way.

My interest in bitcoin will never fade because I feel from bitcoin I can improve the economic conditions that I faced a few years ago, so there's no way I would hate bitcoin because bitcoin gives me a lot of help until now I still like bitcoin and still trading at bitcoin.

Hmm the market is on bearish days so expect that true investors will remain. Here's my perception,, we can't deny that what happened last 2017 was a skyrocket and for this reason even the ordinary people who just only heard the news joined the boat. They invested simply because of the hype hoping they can also make profits like the oldies in the crypto world did. But after we sold our holdings, the market crashes so as the number of investors. These investors who surrendered is mainly composed of those who got suddenly hyped when btc is at its shining moments of course because they're just hyped — they don't yet fully understand how crypto world works.

To make the story short, people find btc interesting when when the price chart is appealing in their eyes but ignores it when the opposite happens Roll Eyes.

I don't think so that people are loosing interest in bitcoin or other coins but on the contrary basis i would say that due to social media and news publicity of these coins have increased and more wants to know what actually these digital coins are and how they work. But if you are talking about young investors leaving market due to price dumps then they don't really know it's power and potential to rise in future. The market volume is still high and will keep on growing with more persons joining market.

There seems to be a trend not yet recognized by many experts and that is the withering interest of the people on Bitcoin, especially if we compare today with the days of 2017 and early months of 2018. Of course, we could not expect that people will always like, search and talk about Bitcoin for years. There will always be a plateau and a possible downtrend, sometime somehow.

Is this something we have to accept or should we do something about this?

Well, if you compare the prices, it is clear why interest is lower today than it was back then. There are always people who don't care about technology, innovation, or making the world a better place, and all they want is to make money. As soon as the prices started dropping, they bailed. In other words, it's not that people are not interested in BTC — the BTC price is not right for them at the moment. They are keeping an eye on it, but they don't want to risk going short, or to HODL. They likely just want a bull run that will bring them lots and lots of $ in a few weeks or months, and then they would leave again.

I just thinking they have been known about bitcoin but just because there is some altcoin who have a low prices and they can earn money on them then they will only look to the altcoin. Even, most of them didn't know bitcoin because some reasons and I just thinking they thought bitcoin is really difficult to be understand. As you may know, the will only have interest to something that can earn money easily.

Such as in my country, have you know LPOS system? Which can be used as a way for some people to earn passive income without do anything, I hope you have known about it. There is an altcoin who can give everyone get passive income with such these thing. And now already much people who have got a lot of profit, or even they can get motor cycle with a low price. The system is simple, there is a community and they give an offered to the people to trust their money for one year, with $100 per months you can get motorcycle who has a price arround $2500.

We can't blame those people who lose their interest in Bitcoin and force them to stay on the ecosystem after the market crash and the fact that some government don't support Bitcoin which makes them have doubt. Bitcoin is still immature so lot of things will happen during the process, there is always ups and down so if some people can't accept its downside then they don't deserve its true worth in the future.

I dont think that most people are losing their interest with Bitcoin. I've known many crypto users and it is indeed that they stopped investing, but they are still waiting for the next bull run to happen.
Most people are still waiting for the right time to invest and it is still in their interest to invest once the bull run comes.

I don't think that people are losing interest in Bitcoin. Panic sellers may lose their interest in Bitcoin Cheesy but I can't say that for the people who really know what is Bitcoin and what is the aim of it.

People is indeed losing interest to bitcoin because of it's price. People stopped talking about bitcoin when the price tooks so long to move and pump, that is the main reason I think why people lose interest about bitcoin. The hype on price is already gone and that is the main ingredient for bitcoins popularity back in 2016-2017 days.

it is a proof that people still interested. Price has market cycle, it's normal if the price pump and dump. but doesnt mean that people losing interest

I think theres a statistics about how many times Bitcoin and cryptocurrency was mentioned in any social media platform. That's one way to identify whether we're lossing interest from the people or not. I just don't know how they come up with those numbers.
However, Downtrend doesn't mean we're lossing people or interest. Investors and traders was just getting along with the momentum.
Forget about social media because that’s full of lies ,more than half of people there talk shits so never include them to the basis of th numbers
In social media the more money involved is the more popularity will be produced so what can you expect?cryptonians will never lose interest in bitcoin or even in cryptocurrency.
What OP is targeting are those weak hands that is at some how presenting to be investors but if market suddenly falls they run away with the withdrawals instantly

People are not actually losing interest in Bitcoin. You're comparing 2017 where it reaches its peak. But that does not mean people are already losing interest. The difference is just,  a lot of people started with bitcoin during 2017 because of its price. But now, the population is still increasing not just as high compared to 2017. Even if people start leaving bitcoin, it can't still be compared to the increasing number of engaging with bitcoin.

I am not agree to compare bitcoin popularity just based on price. Answer of your title is, NO. Really no one losing interest from bitcoin. But newbies are not interested to take entry on bitcoin lately due to fair of loss. The volatility of bitcoin is higher and trend is down. So situation is pretty confusing. That's why newbies are bit worried about buy bitcoin now. It doesn't mean existing holder are losing interest. So many people still holding tight. I think current environment is bit against bitcoin and that's why its downtrend. We have to encourage newbies regarding uses of bitcoin so more people will be interested to it. Just don't explain about quick rich method, bitcoin isn't really a quick rich method.

Bitcoin becomes popular because of its price, people are losing their interest because of its price that drops from what it showed last year.
Most of them are newbies who invested only because of the trend. They have entered the crypto community knowing that investing will give them an instant profit, and that also becomes their reason to quit when bearish market comes.

I don't think people are losing interest with bitcoin, this way too far to happen. Only people who really know the essence of bitcoin will stick into it and will patronize it despite of the downsides and its breakdowns in the crypto space. Just because people doesn't search about it or want to know more about it, doesn't mean that the masses is losing interest in using it. Just seeing how fast and wide the adaption of bitcoin, be it local or foreign country, big or small scale Businesses, bitcoin is paving its way up and putting up with the level of fiat and has the probability surpass fiat's dominance in the market stock.

Comparatively right majorities speak by themselves and that's how the graph stated, there's no point of claiming things which is not accurately deal with the actual situations. If there's people who quit and leave this sphere most of them are those who are not really engaged to this industry, most of them are weak holders who are just here thinking that they can easily grab quick benefits.

Yes, in fact people are becoming more curious about cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin, they are more interested on it and other countries are having a meeting and planning how to legalize cryptocurrency. Even those who invested at peak season, for sure they are still holding some Bitcoin as they are confident that the value of Btc will continue to rise as demand is increasing.
