This is not how you report, you need two posts of the suspect each from a different account where he used the same ETH address. the quote it and also archived it. Screenshot can't be used because these days you can easily edit those images. not enough evidence right now you need to dig deeper so you can find enough evidence on your suspected cheater.

You have not provided enough proof to link the 2 accounts. You should include here both posts showing they use same eth address. Tbh, I don't consider google forms as evidence because anyone can fill out the form with any eth address and bitcointalk account as they please. Most cheaters use other members' bitcointalk profile with their address to cheat a bounty campaign.

If you're really sure that these 2 are cheating the mentioned bounty campaign (in the archive link provided), you should inform the bounty manager first.

They are shameless bounty hunters. Bounty ended and just showing how they transfer carelessly like that their rewards.
I hope these people get punished and ban in the forum.

Second account has 0 posts. Account megumineth used both telegrams but I couldn't find second account from that screenshot. They could be cheater or someone used their telegram.
