On Saturday the 19th I was at a pub and grill with friends for a birthday. While I was there I happened to look up at one of the tv screens and a football match was on. I do not watch football nor do I know much about the leagues. I understand how the game works and that's about it. While I was watching I noticed something but just to make sure I asked the table if they saw it too and they confirmed it. (there were 5 of us at the table 2 of which know and understand bitcoin and how it works they just don't own their own crypto I don't know why) What we saw was the bitcoin logo BTC on the sleeves of Watford FC players. I was excited and glad to see it. I asked a friend at the table what they thought the sponsor was from and he said probably an exchange.  Turns out that the Turkish exchange BtcTurk was the Watford shirt sponsor and BtcTurk have sponsored Yeni Malatyaspor, a Turkish club.

Has anything like this happened to you when you didn't expect it? What did the people with you at the time have to say?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

That's kind of neat, seeing something about bitcoin when you weren't expecting to.  That did happen to me once when a restaurant's menu had a bitcoin symbol on it under the payment options.  I wasn't blown away like you were, nor was there anybody with me at the time, but it said to me that bitcoin is slowly creeping into the mainstream.

That dogecoin race car from a few years back was also pretty neat, even tho it wasn't bitcoin.  It did at least make cryptocurrency visible to whoever was watching.  Seems like a small thing, but the more symbols of bitcoin that are around, the more curious people will be about what it means, and more visibility should lead to greater adoption.

Yes this has happened sometime ago, Watford vs Man city I think,  I also watch the match and saw at first hand the btc logo on their Jersey, it was really amazing and even more better was the fact that the stadium was filled with football fans, it was a big exposure for btc and crypto in general,  yeah, btc is gaining mainstream popularity and adoption is spreading.
Although the Watford team was beaten to a fault but it was still a nice match to watch because of the btc logo, at least to me Grin.

I asked a friend at the table what they thought the sponsor was from and he said probably an exchange. Turns out he was right. The Turkish exchange BtcTurk was the sponsor.
He was actually incorrect.

The Watford shirt sponsor is bitcoin betting site sportsbet.io. You can read the announcement on sportsbet here (https://sportsbet.io/promotions/watford-fc-sponsorship), and on Watford's website here (https://www.watfordfc.com/club/partners/official-sportsbetio-becomes-new-front-shirt-sponsor). Their shirt has the sportsbet.io logo across the chest, with the bitcoin logo on the sleeve. You can also see both the sportsbet logo and the bitcoin symbol in various places around their stadium. Example:

BtcTurk have sponsored Yeni Malatyaspor, a Turkish club. They have simply put their BtcTurk logo across the chest.

That's great to hear, actually i came across a similar post where some European teams have agreed to use bitcoins in some of their football purchases. I know this would encourage other clubs as well to adopt the use of bitcoin as one of their payment methods. The sources  of these are below:

1. https://www.qbittimes.com/cryptocurrency-finding-its-way-through-european-football/
2. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2018/08/20/premier-league-clubs-trial-cryptocurrency-experts-predict-bitcoins/

Well, for some of us who follow the English premier league with key interest, we got to know of this unique sponsorship at the beginning of the season. Interesting times ahead, I was always excited when I heard the news. This is a positive sign that would make more people enquire more about bitcoin since the EPL is widely popular across the globe.

Still a good a news tho. It's not new to me since a lot of celebrity now are involved in cryptocurrency.
Like Pacquiao released his first ever cryptocurrency, the Pac coin.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/cointelegraph.com/news/philippine-boxing-champion-manny-pacquiao-releases-own-cryptocurrency/amp
I saw other MMA tv programs are being aired with a Bitcoin logo at the middle of the ring which blown my mind because this is unexpected.

I would be pretty amazed and happy to see food for sale with bitcoin. There many online stores but almost never offline. There is only one place I know of that sell miners and you can purchase with bitcoin and there is a coffee shop next to it that accepts bitcoin.

Sorry about that. I got them the wrong way around. Thanks for pointing that out.

The problem with Dogecoin is that it can be confused with the actual doge meme the coin is inspired from. Also, the one responsible for that sponsorship, turned out to be a shameful scammer, that got money from people expecting a return of investment in crypto ATMs, and later a couple of failed exchanges.

At least with the football sponsors, one was a Sports betting site, and now an Exchange, that's much more better. Its is nice to have the public imprinted with the BTC logo, so next time they see it, will feel familiar to it.

I don't think pacquiao would have a concrete reason for releasing his own coin. As far as I know, he's a Senator and his schedule is so tight to even manage to set up his own coin. I suggest, large business owners would be better to create their coin as they can use it in big investment or create their own investment platform to fully maximize the coin that they want to create.

It's true that wartford fc's jersey has the bitcoin logo on its left arm, they are sponsored by sportsbet.io. it's been several months, at least the bitcon community has grown bigger since sportsbet.io has been a sponsor for the football club. They also benefit from the promotion for being in the gambling game industry.

This is old news, 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Main Club Partner of Watford FC ⚽ Fun. 🏀 Fast. 🎾 Fair. 🏆 .

Even Litecoin Takes to the UFC Octagon in New Sponsorship Deal.

And there are NBA players as well who's into crypto so maybe one day we can see some logo in a NBA arena or at least players carrying it in their jersey similar to Watford FC.

It was happened a while back. Sportsbet is the sponsor and main club partner of Watford FC. That's a kindness from them towards promoting btc among the world. Football is widely watched through almost half of the people.
For your info, in the first match with bitcoin logo, Mia Khalifa was also there with the Jersey.

This is the power of crypto currencies and the marketing of big exchanges are pretty awesome as they were able to expand it to sports. Football is not really familiar in our country but I know that it is very popular in other countries.

Players wearing the logo of bitcoin will surely cost a good amount of money but the audience that they will get from this advertisement if pretty huge also therefore I can say that BtcTurk is a serious exchange.

I as a fan of English Premiere League football also was surprised when I saw the team Watford FC using their uniforms with a logo
bitcoin. This is great news in my opinion because English Premiere League is one of the most popular live TV broadcasts in the world.
So being able to introduce bitcoin to the rest of the world, I'm proud that bitcoin has begun to enter the field of sports. Hopefully the
famous sports others can have the bitcoin logo too. This is a small step to popularize bitcoin in the eyes of the world.

I had a good time reading the articles and more. But I think you got something wrong. BtcTurk is not the shirt sponsor of Watford. BtcTurk sponsorship is on Yeni Malatyaspor in the Turkish league. Sportsbet is the one sponsoring Watford. Sportsbet must have very rich owners as it is also sponsoring the top soccer club in Brazil. And they are also in negotiations with another soccer club in Argentina. Maybe it is time to open an account in Sportsbet. The company didn't just promoted their business but bitcoin in general.

And then another cyrpto business into soccer. I was thinking how much Coinmarketcap makes that it was able to sponsor an Israeli soccer club. I love this crypto companies starting to make sponsorship in sports. I saw also LTC many times in MMA.

This is the same sponsor as the sportsbet.io one? I was under the impression that they were already sponsoring another football, or maybe basketball team a couple of months back? Is this the same team, or something completely different, seems to be a pretty late article if so.

I only think the Sportsbet sponsor makes sense, honestly don't see financial institutions getting the most out of sponsoring football teams - seems counterproductive.

I wonder what's been happening with Sportsbet and what had to happen for this sponsorship to be possible.

I also felt something like you, when I went to a cafe to drink a cup of coffee and then I saw a picture of cryptocurrency and bitcoin on the wall of the cafe after seeing that picture and I thought why they put a bitcoin picture on their cafe wall whether it was for their trend or cafe sponsored by bitcoin I think bitcoin in the future will be very many people who want to adopt bitcoin.

I would be pretty amazed and happy to see food for sale with bitcoin. There many online stores but almost never offline.
I buy food in person on pretty much a weekly basis with bitcoin at my local farmers' market. The stall I usually buy from had no idea what bitcoin was. I asked the family repeatedly over several months if I could pay in bitcoin, and eventually they obliged. They now accept I think about 8 different cryptocurrencies (although I continue to only use bitcoin), and there are two other stalls at the market which have started accepting bitcoin too. My usually stall tells me they now have about 5 customers each week (the stall market only runs one day a week), myself included, who pay in bitcoin.

The first step to being able to pay for things in bitcoin is to create demand for it. You can't do this with huge corporations, but you can absolutely do it with small, independent retailers or merchants. If they don't know people want to pay in bitcoin, then they won't go to the effort of setting up a wallet and training staff on how to accept it. They want your business; it's in their own interests to facilitate you. I think too many people are passively just waiting for bitcoin to be accepted. Go out there and create demand for bitcoin payments, and you might be pleasantly surprised.

I only think the Sportsbet sponsor makes sense, honestly don't see financial institutions getting the most out of sponsoring football teams - seems counterproductive.
The English Premier League is the most widely watched sport in the world, is broadcast in almost every country and territory in the world, and has a potential audience of almost 5 billion people. It is a fantastic advertising tool for any company. This year, sponsors include airlines, car and tire companies, supermarkets, ISPs, as well as financial institutions.

Has anything like this happened to you when you didn't expect it? What did the people with you at the time have to say?

I still have to experience the same and I hope that soon I can be able to see a sports event with some players sponsored to wear the logo of Bitcoin. In my view, this is one big gap in the story of Bitcoin, we really lack promotions and marketing for Bitcoin. We need famous people and celebrities to come on board and help promote Bitcoin.

Of course, we know why this is the way it is, Bitcoin has no centralized organization behind it managing its brand and spending millions to make the brand be known to people while conveying the message that Bitcoin is bringing. On the other hand, I also have some doubt if advertising Bitcoin heavily can be doing it good on the long-term as it can be exposing to unnecessary enemies both from many traditional institutions and the government. Not to mention the fact that advertising cost a lot and sourcing the money can be a big challenge. We then prefer the word-of-mouth power and exposure in the social media and mainstream media for free.

the crypto world has spread very broad whether it's economics, politics, business, or sports, like in my country crypto has been made a seminar to attract young millennials especially college students, because by introducing the crypto world they can develop more potential in crypto for their own country or another country.

Either way, knowing bitcoin is coming up to televisions is great to hear, given that it's positive and not connected to negativity. Television shows are quite powerful in disseminating information to the innocent. Most people know that bitcoin is related to payments made in deep web, when in reality, bitcoin has the potential to be the next digital currency of the era. Still though, we cannot deny the fact that its being used illegally. If we only had central institution to regulate crypto-related activities, then maybe we could lessen these instances.

I have read the article about that one and it was BTCTurk that sponsored their football tshirt. It was nice to see such historical event since those t shirt are the first bitcoin exchange sponsored t-shirt. If you have look at it at personal then you are looking at history itself. But guess what I have heard that Sportbet.io is following the footsteps of BTCTurk and have already identified as part of their campaign to promote bitcoin. Sportsbet.io will be sponsor a football shirt with bitcoin logo and it will be worn by Wattford FC this season.

I totally agree with the above, English Premier League is a great way to promote something, and only better thing in this story would be if BTC logo is shown on some more famous English club jersey/stadium., Watford currently ranks last in the league.

I know it is not football, but since it's a women's sports team (futsal) which promotes Bitcoin totally free, they deserve to be mentioned in this thread.

I really love seeing Bitcoin outside the internet and inside the community where we belong, It's a good indicator for the prosperous of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, It's really appreciatable that Bitcoin is getting spread out in this way when people see that Bitcoin has already come to the general media and it's providing also sponsorship then it might be big issues for getting established around the world, I think English premier league is one of the most popular TV broadcast, it's a great way for Bitcoin is getting popular and familiar to the other people. so I really appreciate such type of sponsorship and initiative.

Actually Sportsbet is the main sponsor partner of Watford FC. They are a big online bitcoin sportsbook for those of you who haven't heard about it. Pretty swift move and they are also spreading awareness about Bitcoin literally for free(for the community). Just think of the number of people who are watching Watford matches on TV. Millions of eye balls on the Bitcoin logo each week. Pretty mind-blowing if you think about it

Cryptocurrency is getting popular every day. A few weeks ago I was reading news and I came across the news saying ROMA FC pans were wearing T-shirts with bitcoin logo on it. Not only that, we are now seeing new sport betting companies like "Sportsbet" paying people with bitcoin that is a huge development.

The crypto community is getting bigger every day, it's great for sportsbet.io and turkie exchangers because they dare to sponsor soccer clubs. I hope other sports will also be a good place to promote cryptocurrency. I was quite happy to see Watford FC competing wearing home jersey, the bitcoin logo was clearly visible.

Foot ball not only an entertainment for today but also foot ball become industries how to get much money and profit, many foot ball club today looking for money by selling their player and buy player for development and have good skill to sell with other club, if foot ball club using bitcoin for every transaction I think they get advantage with bitcoin price up down for less inflation than using fiat money.

the cryptocurrency that sponsors a football club is not new, I once supported a bounty project that sponsored a local soccer club.  progress because Watford FC is playing in the English major league, with a lot of supporting interest there.  this could be a bigger opportunity to attract more investors.

Snip---
Has anything like this happened to you when you didn't expect it? What did the people with you at the time have to say?
I can understand the situation at that time.  where only you are more familiar with cryptocurrency and aware of sponsors on the shirt.  I have experienced something like that when I saw economic news that discussed cryptocurrency.  the response of my family who was watching the news was different, some were interested, some were not because of the high risk and "illegal".  the power of the media is enormous, so we must be truly selective.  I can only smile because what is reported is to hyperbole, even though the fact is not that scary.

yes the same, I also saw an ad on the edge of the field when the match was taking place, I saw the bitcoincash (as I recall), but when I saw that, I was happy meaning that was the way they did the bitcoin promotion, hopefully this is a good sign, and more and more people need bitcoin. !!

~snip~

I know I did fix it after the other user wearing the chipmixer signature pointed it out but thanks again. I hope it is correct now. Let me know if not. Thanks for the read and reply.

I was also very excited and quite proud. I was like "aww yeah there is my bitcoin". You are right English football is massive which iswhat excited me. All those people in the pub saw the bitcoin logo and must ask questions.
I would love to see a decent crypto that supports esports. There have been many but they were never serious and gave up like the shitcoin they always were. God I hate shitcoin.

A bitcoiner missing out this huge sponsorship deal is sad, i understand why you missed that as you are not active in the gambling section, sportsbet have spent millions to sponsor the Watford football team and you mistook them as an exchange   Undecided. I was not aware of Turkish club sponsorship by an exchange but having a BTC logo in a sporting jersey is a proud moment for everyone.

I know it is not football, but since it's a women's sports team (futsal) which promotes Bitcoin totally free, they deserve to be mentioned in this thread.
It is really wonderful to see more sporting teams being sponsored or promoting BTCitcoin . Thank you for sharing it here.

Through some way bitcoin is reaching the public. This is quite interesting and it is a much necessary one, because on the technology based uplifting that is happening around the globe. One of the football club has begun to accept payments in bitcoin as well their native token. Sportsbet.io which is one of the top sportsbook with cryptocurrency acceptance is the jersey sleeve partner. In one way or other there is continued progress and here football is much used than other games.

now everyone is aware that bitcoin is growing. even a soccer club has a bitcoin logo on their pride shirts. I think this is a very clear sign that bitcoin can be increasingly recognized by many people. I have never asked a friend about the logo at a club. but I explained to them more, I have a bitcoin savings. and I told them that the logo is a symbol of bitcoin. that way, my friend is increasingly interested in learning all about bitcoin or crypto.

Yes I watched the shirt and I think Watford against Manchester City or Manchester united, well it's a good idea from the company to sponsorise the shirts of football teams, to give a vision about BITCOIN and maybe it's about a sponsoring for an exchange company. We'll I wis I see those publicity in other shirts of big teams.

That is a form of advertisement to people in bid to improve awareness in Bitcoin. It is to show people the need of using cryptocurrencies. I think is kind of partnership with sportsbet.io
I can't find the link now but I have seen that too.

With the bitcoin Logo printed on watford kudos should be given to their sponsors Sportsbet for promoting bitcoin on such a big league EPL with thousands of supporters on ground a lot of them will enquire information about bitcoin thus in one way or the other bitcoin will gain more awareness thus more adoptions will follow suit gradually bitcoin popularity will soar in leaps and bound I hope more of these will be promoted betting sites that had adopted bitcoin.

In Turkish super league, there is a club that called for "BTCTurk Yeni Malatyaspor" and they even played a match in European League (ex. UEFA cup) in this year.

Good to see that even cafes are already aware of bitcoin, are they accepting bitcoin as a payment too or they just promoting it? I've been in different cafes but I haven't seen one like it, its great because maybe in that way people can easily recognize bitcoin as a form of currency. Since most of people these days thinks that bitcoin is a sort of scam, that way people can clearly see that it wasn't a scam but an opportunity for the business owner. It will enlighten them about how a  digital currency works, well as far as I know there are some store in my country that accepts and adopt bitcoin which is impressive i've never been there but i'm looking forward to it.

Schedule conflicts is just easy if he is really dedicated on making his own coin online. This was announced long ago and no Pac coin entered the market, maybe he lost interest on cryptocurrency or his business advisors adviced him not to invest on crypto because it will be a big risk.

Turns out that the Turkish exchange BtcTurk was the Watford shirt sponsor and BtcTurk have sponsored Yeni Malatyaspor, a Turkish club.

https://www.ccn.com/turkish-bitcoin-exchange-becomes-footballs-first-ever-crypto-shirt-sponsor/

You can find out more with a simple google search as well. Smiley

Still many club foot ball in the world not use bitcoin as digital payment currency when selling or buying player, they always use fiat money currency for every transaction, every season each club make twice in one year for buying and selling their player, many club will get much profit if can use bitcoin when buying or selling player and give salary for every staff club from player to coach by bitcoin.

I hope we can see more of that soon. I love seeing bitcoin featured on anything mainstream Plus football and bitcoin are a great match thanks to online gambling.

Its really exciting to see btc being recognized at high levels and used in sports like football as it is favourite sport around the world which can have greater impact on society as whole. There were many incidents that i remember where btc sponsored or took part in various games online.Still a long way to go before its get mainstream so wait for that time.

It is really nice to see that football teams make agreements related to Bitcoin. For example, the Turkish football team Galatasaray is preparing to create its own cryptocurrency and there are other big teams that aim this too.

This is apparently a trend as i saw some other Japanese racing team have the logo of an exchange on their cars, this goes to show you how long the crypto market has come along and how much of a stronghold the exchanges have made in the overall market , and this makes me wonder why are they specifically targeting sports, they could have chosen any field to market their businesses, never the less this seems like a giant step towards the spread of the cryptocurrency in the world.

Yeah one time I ride a cab and nothing I find because I am on a hurry but when I got off the cab and pay the bills I noticed that the door of the taxi designed as Bitcoin logo but it was late when I got my Mobile to take a photo the driver already gone to my sight and that’s what made me feel sad for not capturing the logo

Wow spreading bitcoin or cryptocurrency awareness to everyone thru sports around the world is awesome. It helps cryptocurrency adoption, Nice article. Some people are already betting with football too using bitcoin like on my signature. In fact, I saw some movie too that bitcoin was featured.

Yeah, I don't know that I have the patience to ask people about something for months. I tend to get annoyed by then. I get irritated with people quite quickly if they are narrow-minded or ignorant. I would probably get all upset.  Tongue

I pretty much don't bring up crypto because I don't feel like getting into an argument with some idiot that knows nothing. I do totally agree with you, it is up to us to create a demand. My mother has asked me a few times to ask if a shop takes bitcoin because she knows I sometimes use it online. I was thinking I know they will say no but after reading what you said I would have to create my own demand for it. IF others join in then we are getting somewhere. I think once a few places offlines tart accepting that many others will. There is a local pc shop and they have miners GPU rigs displayed in the window and they should probably be the best bet to start with. I am quite surprised they do not acccept crypto by default. I do plan on running my own business and then I will accept crypto. I will accept any form of payment TBH. Hell I will even exchange what I sell for a service and barter like in the old days. A sale is a sale. Getting something instead of nothing is very welcome.

@Kyraishi Dude what the hell are you talking about? Do you live under a rock the last 20 years? Video games and consoles like playstation and nintendo and stuff have advertised in sports events since they began. When the first playstation came out they sponsored teams and had their logo all over the place.

I pretty much don't bring up crypto because I don't feel like getting into an argument with some idiot that knows nothing.
Just because they don't know anything about bitcoin doesn't automatically make them an idiot, just uninformed. Uninformed, but potentially willing to learn. I wouldn't advocate getting in to an argument with anybody about accepting bitcoin; there is probably no faster way to turn them off from the idea. I simply mentioned it casually every time I used the vendor in question. It started as "Can I pay in bitcoin? No? Ok, here's some cash", and then became a bit of a joke "Do you accept bitcoin yet? I'd love to buy more if only I could pay in bitcoin." to eventually him asking "So what exactly is this bitcoin thing that you keep going on about?"

If someone is interested and wants to talk about it, great. Some people will obviously not be interested. You can't force them, so don't piss them off trying to do so. Just gently make them aware that there is a demand for bitcoin payments, and some might bite.

The only time when I see the BTC symbol on TV, is when I am watching the News and some Ponzi scheme used Bitcoin to scam people or some Pedo network that used Bitcoin and then got exposed.  Tongue

The other times it was in some TV Series or Movie where the hacker always use Bitcoin for money laundering or some money transfers to pay for some illegal criminal activities.  Roll Eyes

In the media and movie industry, Bitcoin is synonymous with illegal activities.  Roll Eyes  < Puppet masters use this to push their hidden agenda>  Angry Angry Angry
That's right , in my country it same. Bitcoin its familiar with Hyip Ponzy.
I have more positif information just from forum Bitcointalk and another forum basic cryptocurrency.
If I read or watch information from media TV on my country always make me laught.

I know, https://sportsbet.io/ is a sponsor of Watford FC. And Sportsbet excludes Bitcoin, so the bitcoin logo has been used on the sleeves.

It's a good thing to see such displays. In fact, it's a reassuring sign worthy of note that Bitcoin is slowly but steadily creeping into different facets of daily life. Sports adverts is the way to go for easy spread. But then Bitcoin itself doesn't pay for ads. I am sure it will be worth it if new crypto projects can advertise this way to leave an impression on the mind of any who sees it.

Yeah, Watford is first thing which comes to my head when I hear words Bitcoin and football. Such partnership with Sportsbet shows that crypto gambling is big thing already and they can spend millions for promotion. But unfortunately, Watford results isn't really good, I just hope that they won't relegate from EPL.
But I'm not sure hoe this promotion is good for Bitcoin. Because on Watford shirts, ads in stadium, it's not highlighted that Sportsbet is Bitcoin sportsbook. I've seen photos with big Bitcoin logo on their shirt, but they don't play with it in EPL.
BTW, so far there isn't many crypto ads in football. I only can recall seing ads of few exchanges during matches.

this is long overdue. promotion of bitcoin and services that make use of bitcoin on football match has been on the screen long time ago. Maybe because you don't watch football regularly. I have seen this couple of time on the EPL banners and on screen advertisement board where the promotion of crypto has been seen. The same thing apply to promotion of gambling site that use bitcoin and other crypto. 1xbet promotion is well known in England premier league and I have watched an advert about 1xbet being supported by Barcelona. All this will go a long way to tell you that bitcoin is a legit ecurrency and probably we shall see a revolution in term of dominance in the nearest future

Definitely, my first thoughts about this is that, the team themselves know bitcoin very well, perhaps, they are using bitcoin and probably they are holding bitcoin as well. Because if we are to think about it deeply, there is no marketing that will pay them to advertise bitcoin in the first place, it is their pure intention to attract people to buy and accumulate bitcoin. If we could always experience to see such event like this, what could happen is an increase in demand. Imagine, if we are just advertising in forums, people have already knowledge about crypto in the first place, but if we try to advertise bitcoin outside of the box, endless possibilities could be opened.

some yes but some didnt  .they are only being paid to advertise btc on thier shirt or on the field banners  . like for example the fc watford , the one that we saw on sportsbet  . they are sponsored by sportsbet if im not mistaken  . there are many companies use bitcoin and they are willing to pay others just to carry those crypto names under thier names  . btc and crypto were already known on this forum but some take it on the next level and spread the word outside the web  .

Yes, Watford is sponsored by Sportsbet, that's a shirt sponsor. The bitcoin logo is actually not a sponsor at all, but sportsbet's decision to just promote the logo for free. Actually they could have put something else there but the didn't. Pretty cool of them to do so, don't you think? Wolves have Coindeal but that's just an exchange and they have no forum presence here.

I believe that not only bitcoin, but the whole cryptocurrency is very sharply and deeply embedded in big sports.  Even football is no exception today, as many teams advertise cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency company logos, as well as new teams trying to create their own tokens in order to support their fans.  For example, the West Ham United, Roma, Juventus, Atletico Madrid and Galatasaray football teams are connected to the Socios blockchain platform and are successfully starting to implement plans to create their fan tokens.

I as an enthusiast of English Premiere League football likewise was shocked once I saw the group Watford FC utilizing their outfits with a logo
bitcoin. this is often extraordinary news as i might see it since English Premiere League is one among the foremost mainstream live TV communicates on the earth .
So having the choice to acquaint bitcoin with the rest of the planet , I'm pleased that bitcoin has began to enter the sector of sports. Ideally the
well known games others can have the bitcoin logo also . this is often a touch advance to advance bitcoin consistent with the planet.

Of course, we know why this is the way it is, Bitcoin has no centralized organization behind it managing its brand and spending millions to make the brand be known to people while conveying the message that Bitcoin is bringing. Now once again bitcoin getting visible to the people on a football league is truly a big thing for growth. Millions of eye balls on the Bitcoin logo each week.

I don't know about you guys, but I don't support Watford, but I've developed a soft spot ever since they adopted the Bitcoin sponsor a few years ago. I don't know exactly why they chose Bitcoin, and whether maybe their owners are interested in the technology has I haven't read much about it, but I tend to find myself wanting them to do well as a result of that.

The BTCitcoin logo on the shirt sleeve of Watford FC this season is an educational campaign so that the public knows the benefits of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and is directed by Sportsbet.io. Which in turn is grateful to the crypto community that has supported them.

Follow the links it's worth knowing.

Bitcoin Confirmed As New Sleeve Partner (12/09/2019)

It is very exciting to hear the opinions of managers.
I like this initiative because it is inspiring and will allow us to create new ideas to educate people about Bitcoin.

This is very good news, bitcoin needs promotion for now. So the bitcoin logo can be on the watford FC jersey, one of the soccer teams
in the english league is a very good promotion for bitcoin. Unfortunately now all soccer matches are postponed, because the spread of
the corona virus is getting worse. Hopefully this crisis can end soon and the Watford team can get back to playing again. So promotion
bitcoin can also run again, and also I hope that a big English league team like Arsenal or Liverpool can use the bitcoin logo like watford.
Because if a big team promotes bitcoin, the effect will be even greater.

Today there are a lot of people knowing the use of the bitcoin because of the potential earnings of this kind of transaction and investment the number of users are rapidly increasing which is good because they are now promoting the use of the bitcoin at the same time the market price and the reputation on it. Having some stuff has the logo of the bitcoin and you wear it looks like you are a huge fan of the bitcoin which is good that you looks like encourage other people with an impression of "Ow, you are using bitcoin, I think this man is already a millionaire or huge wage earners" we cannot deny that those are the common reactions of the people when they are seeing some people having a bitcoin memorabilia or other pieces of stuff has a logo bitcoin.

Maybe if not for covid-19 lockdown on human and businesses, we would have seen more adoption of either bitcoin or others because of the expected halving of bitcoin. But no sponsor can come up now as things are difficult. Yes, Watford has been a bitcoin advert medium and I expect more known clubs to follow the move.

But we don't have to feel pessimism because we will see the adoption process will still continue, especially right now, people don't have a choice to use paper fiat because of this pandemic. Maybe it is the right time for them to learn more about bitcoin, so when this pandemic over, they can understand, and they can use bitcoin and other coins without any problem. I don't know much about which club that already promotes bitcoin, but we can see the promotions about the crypto world is happening in social media.

Wow! I feel impressed to see that the promotion of bitcoin is advancing in different means. I mean, we have millions of football fans and imagine them seeing the logo, it brings about more people making more research and knowing more about bitcoin cause they could be wondering, "why do the Watford players have a bitcoin logo on their cloth? Does it mean that bitcoin isn't a scam afterall"
