Blockchain wallet does not support segwit address which starts with bc1.
You can transfer the money to a standard wallet first then you can transfer them to the segwit wallet.

You can use segwit compatible (which starts with 3). You will be already saving in fees, and it is compatible with every wallet.
You will save more in fees using native segwit (bc1), but there are some incompatibilities.
In your case, as a newbie, I would recommend using compatible segwit. Easier .

Blockchain.com is a buggy wallet. So it's best to avoid it even if it supports bc1 addresses.
Since you have successfully withdrawn and you did it through electrum, you have taken the right step.
If you have more money in Blockchain.com's wallet & you want to save some fees "move your pvt keys (wallet seed) from it to electrum) and start using electrum with hardware wallet(ledger nano S)

I hope you can also post the address if not the whole just the first four digits. That will enable us to identify if what you made is a segwit address or not. By looking at the addresses we can determine if it is a default segwit wallet, compatibility segwit wallet or a legacy wallet. If you are using the default wallet then it starts with bc1 and is not compatible with other wallets. So if you are using a segwit wallet I suggest you use addresses that starts with 3.

I agree to this, blockchain wallet reputation is not top of the line since then, its been hacked so many times, and it is so skeptical to use it, so I've switched to Electrum, which is more flexible than any other wallet I've used, that support segwit and non segwit bitcoin address. Electrum is an awesome wallet to those bitcoin holders out there.
