There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Since it is a tough one to pick when it comes to investing money in both of these coins,  i will never invest in ETH as i believe that the hay days of their platforms are over and until they generate a business that could impact their growth and have a smooth network, if not it might end up loosing their limited customers too, i think Bitcoin SV has more potential than ETH but will i invest is another question, i am holding the coin because of the fork and  i am not planning to sell it anytime soon.

I’d rather buy BTC than Bitcoin SV and of course i will go for the top altcoins which already have a good score in the market. ETH can be consider as a stable coin for me and it can go up again this wait. I’m just waiting for the bull and looking at the ETH right now, it will follow the uptrend of bitcoin.

What did Bitcoin SV even do? Nothing at all just say it should be the original bitcoin that should stick to the original codes but they are also doing what is bitcoin doing forking to improve the system  Roll Eyes
Ethereum is better because they did bring something to the table and if it shifts to POS it will be more friendly to society because it doesnt need electricity to mine it.

Why would need to choose up Bitcoin SV over ETH? We know that this one is with CW and we know on how this dude messed up the community.
Id rather choose up ETH rather than involving myself with BSV. I dont have any plans to touch up with either BSV or BCH.I do
rather touch ETH among on the selection.

No. Just ignore this kind of coins that are trying to trick people telling them that they are the actual bitcoin.
ETH will still be dominating in the time to come and should hold onto it ??
If the choice is between the two, no need to think about it, I'll choose Ethereum.

I don't trust Bitcoin SV so I rather stay with Ethereum. But if we are talking for profits while trading Bitcoin SV has more compared to Ethereum these days. Some crypto traders are now making good profits trading bitcoin SV in the current market conditions. Even with all that I still trust Etherum more.

This guy introduced himself to the forum through asking this question which I find it odd. I don't know if he's full with BSV or just really want to ask the difference and thoughts of people about the two coins.

You are in the bitcoin community and majority of the people here doesn't really care about bitcoin fork coins like BSV. And the majority of investors here always include Ethereum to their stash.

I totally agree with you here. BSV has no solid reason to stay in crypto while ethereum platform already proved themselves that they can be of beneficial to crypto community. Eth influenced a lot of blockchain projects already and still been the foundation of most projects out there.

But if you want short term profits, maybe you can take a look at BSV. After all, the bottomline in trading is to earn profit, right? But long term holding, I guess not.

Bitcoin SV is not showing any potential because it does not have any potential at all in the first place. That is just it. What is Bitcoin SV, in the first place? It is a useless fork from another useless fork which, unfortunately, is proud enough to claim to be the real Bitcoin. Both useless forks are now claiming to be the real Bitcoin when in fact they all belong to altcoins. And even in the altcoin list, they are not at the top. Ethereum is a universe better than Bitcoin SV.

eth is good only when it comes long run.  So it depends on you whi h on that both option you are sure can accumulate profits. Whar i mean  If that SV is good for short term then go for it in order to gain quick profits. If it's not then i suggest go for ETH because it s the only coin that can survive and make progress when it comes long term IMO wherein despite of some sort of errors in the market.

yes, until now the potential of bitcoin SV has not been seen yet, and I am pretty sure that the price of Bitcoin SV will also be higher when there is a price recovery in bitcoin. however, on the other hand, ETH also has that potential. this is only an estimate of the people and at our own risk. both are very good, but I would probably choose ETH over Bitcoin SV

I am guessing he made a typo and meant to say Bitcoin Cash instead of Bitcoin SV. He is most likely new and didn't know that Bitcoin forked to Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash and later on Bitcoin Cash forked off to Bitcoin SV and Bitcoin Cash.

Since he is comparing the top alts it would make sense, no idea why he would compare BSV to ETH even.

I don't think BSV has much of a future, I think there was a huge pump after the delists and it seems to be slowly heading down and most likely we will see new ATL on the ratio scale.

I will be more interested in putting money into ethereum rather than BSV. BSV has the vision to be the future payment system, but it will not be so big as bitcoin. Ethereum has more idea to be the best platform that will be adopted by all of the people in the world.

BSV has already released its roadmap, and it's not so big as ethereum, and you can expect a big thing on ethereum 2.0 roadmap that gives more benefits than bitcoin SV.

For me bitcoin SV is overvalued it has no advantage.
I will choose ethereum rather than bitcoin SV.
The fact that ethereum has more benefits compared with SV.
SV just another fork coin.

I'm sure there will definitely more people who choose ETH than Bitcoin SV, because Ethereum is the second Crypto born after Bitcoin and I think Ethereum will still be the choice of many investors. Many developers use the Ethereum platform and that is one of the reasons why Ethereum is better than Bitcoin SV.

Bitcoin SV couldn't compare with Ethereum. Who called himself as real satoshi and unable to prove his coin wouldn't be potential by the way. But Ethereum is huge potential coin after bitcoin. It's better if you would invest on bitcoin. But if you like to invest on altcoin then Ethereum is best choose. Anyhow I am not interested to invest on SV. I can't see the reason why should someone invest on it. Also SV just plagiarized whitepaper from bitcoin. No real uses of SV till now and don't think in future that coin would use anywhere except trading. So do your own diligence before put your money anywhere.

Both are worth holding for long term. They both are among the top currency and are performing well. ETH is 10 years old and we can not expect same from BCH SV as it is not that old.

BCH SV has a potential as it is a outcome of fork of BTC. Probably when it is as old as ETH we can expect better journey of BCH SV then ETH.

IMO BSV price increase is not natural, remember how the price went down after Craig Wright's lies became clear, and how it reached $200 again in a few days, and this is the proof that there are interventions at its price. But ETH is a potential coin that is believed and used by everyone today. Needless to say, ETH is the 2nd BTC of the market.
