Anyone have issues with Jetwin
I do not know what to do yesterday won some bets, today cant login and is telling me there is no account assosiated with my email... support will not answer me.. Help!

That is odd. I suggest contacting their customer care and try to resolve your issue asap. You can also contact them through their main thread in this forum:

I never faced such issues with them in the past though. You could have been hacked too, but their customer care can clarify whether this is true or not op.

let us know about the progress of your prob. they have been here for so long already so hopefully they wont ruin their reputation with small amount of money.
but remember 500bucks is already a month salary in other parts of the world and you can already live a decent life for a month.
have you contacted their support staff? need to be aggressive in communicating with them to get your money back.

Yes, it is enough that i will fight for it.
I emailed them twice and almost no reply for a day... two emails ... rather shocking to get no reply at all. There is no lost password link.. no reply back on twitter.. nothing lol... Very strange to me..I will keep this thread updated

Similar cases have occurred with Jetwin casino scams, in 2016 and 2018.
But now it has happened to you again in 2019.

It seems that this issue should be solved pretty soon. Jetwin has a so-so reputation, but they are not considered scammers, so you have a chance of having it resolved normally. In case a couple of days passes, and you still don't receive your money or a reasonable explanation you agree with, you can make a scam accusation thread to draw attention to this casino and what they are doing. This can make them more motivated to explain their actions, or at least someone trusted might flag them. I hope it won't come to this, and this is just a review, but in case it goes South from your point of view, write here .

This has gotten completely out of control,

Id like to state for everyone factual things:

1) i dont play at Jetwin allot ive maybe made 100 bets in my life there and most of them where 3+ months ago. I have deposited and withdrawn at jetwin various times with no issues.

2) My account was 0 and I deposited 7 MBTC ( for the first time in months even logging in) on monday.

3) On monday my balance went to 35 mbtc from a couple tennis bets no action after i placed those bets , on tuesday when i went to log in my account was no longer even valid.
 
I have emailed customer support tuesday and recieved a message today saying my account is under review.  Id like to keep in mind I did not even attempt to withdraw any of the 35 mbtc now in my account. ( I cant even access my account).


This is the latest message from Jetwin

Your digital footprints match with some other accounts. Our fraud team
has reached a decision that a number of accounts were linked and belong
to the same member. This violates personal limit regulations for a user
and is considered as fraud according to site rules.


As standard procedure, a return of your deposits would have been
scheduled for your account. However, as you have already withdrawn more
than you have deposited, no further payments can be made to your account.


Fraud department's decision is final and cannot be reversed.


..Every single thing this message says is false, I have only one account, I have only ever had one account, logged into one account, Limited play at the book because its honestly not even very good for what i am looking for,  There saying because I have tecinally won a small amount here in my life that my deposit will be kept because im being called a multi accounter and have won money?

What can i even do ?  "This is final decision"

Someone help me this has gone from .....susicious behaviour to down right insulting now and its personal i feel now... I dont feel like i should lose any money for something that is a total lie. Its honestly not important the money its just principal at this point if i was guilty i would just lay down and accept it but this is downright criminal!

There is absolutly zero reason for me to multi account or break any sort of security measures I have an account in full standing with no limits there im not even farmiliar with how they limit or when because i have played so little there, i do not take advantage of any promotions or any promo type things i have no reason to do so. Im simply baffled and -35 mbtc with " no chance at a redecision"

Well okay, then I guess you must provide strong evidence against them. This is my friendly advice to you, collect all strong evidence that you have and if you have it then open topic in scam accusation board against them. It is really hard to decide which are saying the truth, you as a complainant or the gambling site you have a use. If you are not really using another account that linked to your main account then, fight your right.

What is their proof?  IP... or Mac address or something?  They should have stated instead of accusing me of having "a number of accounts" then telling me the decision is final and can not be reviewed. Altho i responded to them should i really expect a response, i hope so but i do not expect so. 

I have every single thing checked off there is no possible way i have broken any security issues? What the hell do i do to prove my innocence tell me and il do it. This is so wrong

 Simply stating the infraction or breach would be great, i do not have "a number of accounts" I have one and i dont even really want that account... but it has money in it and i do want that lol. Truth to this story is my friend owed me 7mbtc, finally had it said here il send you it  was thinking where he could send me it decided hey why not Jetwin , takes btc send me it there, they also had odds for a womens tennis match i liked. Thats it... Now im barred from Jetwin and have " numerous accounts"   this simply is an insane accusation for someone who really has no interest in playing at jetwin. If you let me log in i will bet the 35 mbtc on black in roulette to show you how much i actually care, i dont. its just... you cant steal peoples money like this and then give the reason as total b.s . ....most fraud thing i have come across at any place.

Read the post above they already have a scam accusation thread against Jetwin. OP might have to add it to those thread or create another one with a solid evidence. Although I'd like to know more too about of the allegations of multiple accounts, maybe they have been detected some similar IP just like to OP or is it Jetwin is really making a good alibi to succeed the scam attempt.

Are you sure you are putting in your correct email and is your password also correct, because is hard for a site to state your email is not acceptable when you have been on the platform am suggesting you check properly

Who does this for 35 mbtc? They need to grow up... total error on their part has to be? but i will go to the scam thread and see if anyone else has had this problem.
