Of course, I'll be sad but it is okay to burst out your regrets of not winning. What did hurt the most is when you run out of funds which is about to be a jackpot of yours, I couldn't help say any words about that what's for sure is that may be it is really not mine, nor for me even when I do have a funds it might be a different number at the time. Well I will still continue to play out of habit of course but not for the reason I ain't won. Bottom line, is that if you lose, then you really lose no matter what the circumstances are even you run out funds or whatsoever and then could possibly win 'cause win is a win.

We should really be careful on handling our tickets but i cant really blame other people why they do lost it for some common reason
where people got used to lost up bets from time to time which they dont care too much on where they do place out those tickets but
somehow they do have always the time on checking those winning combinations.Winning on lotteries do need 1 in multi-million chance
but even just buying a single ticket will really put up some chance for you to win. Extreme luck is needed though.

^ Definitely right. You should understand that it is a part of gambling, win or lose life must go on and don't regret because that is not your last chance. There are too many opportunities that will come and not just only one mistake will stop your gambling activities. There's nothing you can do if you are almost there to get the prize. Maybe at this time, this is not yours, try to come back in another day and hoping again to have a jackpot prize that you have missed before.

My emotions always kick in when I miss something big and I beat myself pretty hard (with quotes of course). In time I have learned to manage at some level my emotions but I still have a lot more work to do to master this skill of controlling emotions. It is not just in gambling but in anything.. I would really feel remorse about that but it won't be enough reason for me to stop playing because I am pretty sure that this will happen again.
Honestly, by just imagining it I'd still felt regretful, it more likely the luck is already in my hand yet it slipped away. It is quite rare to happen to hit a jackpot as a matter of fact it only happen once of our lifetime hence this will be definitely a BIG LOSS. I'd take a break if that happens to me. I'll definitely feel bad for missing out since i'm that close but there's also a possibility that the situation could turn for the worse. This reminded me of a video about some lottery winners and how money ruined their lives. Maybe i'm destined to lose on purpose and on the bright side it would lead to having a break but what if I won the jackpot then something unfortunate happens then it's not the biggest thing anymore.

I don't think that gamblers have a back up plan, casual and specially those pathological gamblers are going all in or nothing. Yeah, I agree that getting another shot is not likely to happen, "lightning doesn't strike twice".

This kind of scenario has happen to me many times before, regrets!!! (it's not a lottery ticket though, but if I have the money that time in a casino, I could have won big like in a roulette or playing baccarat), but what can you do? I'll just shrug it off and think it's not for me, walk out and then fight another day. The first feeling that I would get it would be depression. But this is going to happen only for a minute.

These are two very unfortunate events, I experienced the first one, I'm only short of one roll to win the jackpot I'm playing the martingale, this is the worst experienced that can happen to you when playing martingale,.
And on second scenario, I think I will go carry thinking about that, it's just killing the goose that lays a golden egg and it will take a long time to forget that.

I know this is a "what if" situation/question, but you would never know if you were to win the next bet or not since you haven't placed the bet.
Assuming I were to win the next bet or I had misplaced my ticket, isn't it obvious I would feel really bad? I would regret for some days and then move on with my life.

actually it already happened to me as well when it comes gambling and i think it's been 3 times. but i didnt give up because you know its just a normal scenario and very unpredictable indeed. For me the best thing to do afterwards is to relax a little bit wherein just to refresh your mind sit.  Rather than lossing hope because it just a game, what i mean you still have an opportunity to regain your losses on it especially if you have more efforts. In fact after how many such experience unti now im still able to make money on it.

If I lose my ticket then, of course, that's a big thing. For sure I will be going crazy searching for that ticket just to get my money.
