Do anybody know if the banks in Portugal will let you deposit and withdraw from crypto exchanges(Kraken, Binance etc.)?

Yes, there's no problem with that.

There was only one bank, Santander, blocking those type of transactions, people complained and they had to allow it.

From time to time some of them decide to guve us a hard time.
So far these ones, Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) and Banco Comercial Português (BCP) nunca deram chatices. O Santander, por exemplo, volta e meia decide ser um pain in the arse, lol

they still do. there are several large banks that should not be used if you intend on transferring to/from exchanges. Novo banco and BCP/activobank are the main culprits.

As of August 2021, Banco Best is blocking transfers to Coinbase and Kraken:

>

Have you tried "moey!"[1] from Crédito Agrícola? It's geared towards the "youth" generation, so it could be flexible to accept the transactions. Let me know if you need support in this matter. Best of luck!
