received nothing from them.

I'm not familiar with this exchange honestly, but after taking a look to the official account, it seems they are serious in developing their business. Well, try to contact their official account in this forum or post your problem on their thread.

If they can't solve this problem and you got no solution for that, you could create a scam thread on scam accusation section with all of your strong proofs.

Yes, they've got an official account on our forum. You could try contacting them, surely you'll receive better support if they are legitimate in their service. From the proof enclosed by Op the withdrawal amount is huge, and it looks like the wallet is accessed on the mobile application. Earlier there were more such wallets that has gone as a scam. One such is bit.ac wallet. Here the name too looks similar.

What do you mean you received email from them but it doesn't look like it come from their official account? I checked the content of that email, and it doesn't look good at all. I mean is that the way someone or some service handles their customer? Goodluck to the OP though, it looks like you and Bitlish has a lot of things to settle here and keep us updated.

it's not good that an exchange's official thread is unmoderated if there is a complain they cannot post their complaint their for fear of getting deleted, so people will instead post their complain in scam section or open an accusation, it's better that you move your accusation there, it looks like a new exchange, but they kept it unmoderated they have an intention to hide those who will post negative about their project.

Bitlish did nothing when i flag till now.
i guess they avoid it totally.
also admitted they took my money.

Since they avoid answer face to face.

Delays of more than two weeks appear suspicious behavior and the loss of more than 1BTC is considered a case of scam that should move away from that platform.

They seem dodgy as fuck... Why did you chose to use them to hold bitcoin, wouldn't the smarter bet to use any hardware wallet, or just use an exchange if you have to.

Good job starting an accusation, they've gone around this completely wrong and them closing your support case is proof of this, looking at their exchange and orderbooks, it looks like 1.5BTC is a huge sum for them, which is why I don't trust smaller exchanges.
