Jetwin Casino- Betting Scam

 This is the next step i guess?, they wont talk to me and i have broken no rules.
 
 I won a small amount of money from a  small deposit basically within the same day I deposited i won, the next day my account was not even existant anymore... I emailed them took 24 + hours to get a response and was told my account was under review, later on another email telling me I had numerous accounts. 

There is no possible information they could have to prove i have multiple accounts because i simply do not, I very rarly even use the 1 account i do have. I had not played there in many many months, when I did previously it was very limited as i said before I never fancied the book that much.

What can i do further? No one will respond to me.

I'm sorry to say, we are cannot do anything except suggest to report their websites as scam websites. What happen to you is about Jetwin team and you as personal. You are depositing money with them, they must payback to you. If not, you can search their office (if possible), if not, you can't do anything. But, you still can help people to stay away from this website with spreading your case to your friends.

BTW, you can update your case to this thread, so this thread "[WARNING] Jetwin scam? can't pay my $10k winnings!" can bump with new case.

No i do not get what i deposited back because they deem me to have " numberous accounts". Now if i had this all i would want from Jetwin or ask is proof of this or something along those lines. But this matter in their words is " final and not negotiable"  So this is the claim, because i have "many accounts" and have withdrawn more than i have deposited my last deposit will be kept".   I swear to you there is only 1 account I have ever played at or opened or signed into with Jetwin and yes my 1 account has taken more than i have deposited.  What is totally fabricated is that i have ever multi accounted or broken any policys at Jetwin , that is just a complete scam to take away winnings from someone who had a winning record at the book previously. They are no fools trust me, absolutly calculated decision made by them or a complete error and based on them totally ignoring any contact i try to make i will choose the first option.

Is Jetwin have a representative member in this forum? If not, this thread will not give you any answer. As I said, because Jetwin have already marked as scam before, of course they will refuse anything from users. That's why I suggest you to share your case on the thread I mentioned above. I trust you, if you are not having alt. accounts there. What Jetwin says about "fake account, alt. account, etc" it just to give a reason why they blocked members from their service or banned from any social media or anything to contact them. Because they just have one goal, to scammed people, so they do not care about their users.

Dude, how can i show proof? My account has been completly shut down by jetwin. I have access to nothing but 2 emails that say everything i have told you so far. When i go to the website to login it says i have no account assosiated with this email.

Im just gonna drop it and get back to work. I can wipe out what they stole from me and the profit in a couple hours if i re focus on work and they have stolen focus away from me, clear this isnt going anywhere .   Let it be a warning to anyone who deposits at jetwin you are taking your money into their hands, you can win whatever you want all of a sudden you may not be able to ever log in again and then be accused of some policy breach you did not commit.   BEWARE

AS I SAID BEFORE,  IF YOUR PLAYING AT JETWIN FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU CAN LIKLY BET OR PLAY THAT GAME ELSEWHERE AND HAVE ALLOT MORE SAFTEY ABOUT WHO IS HANDLING YOUR MONEY   SO THINK WISELY.

Scum company, does not respond to any emails or contact.  is like having to win twice when you play at jetwin  once you win your bet and twice if you ever get your actual winnings from these criminals

has reached a decision that a number of accounts were linked and belong
to the same member. This violates personal limit regulations for a user
and is considered as fraud according to site rules.


As standard procedure, a return of your deposits would have been
scheduled for your account. However, as you have already withdrawn more
than you have deposited, no further payments can be made to your account.


Fraud department's decision is final and cannot be reversed.

I would say that do KYC and ask them if they are fine with giving the account and amount back if you do the KYC. It's not necessary that you are accurate with digital footprints as they say everytime as one's ISP can issue dynamic IP address and that can lead to a harsh penalty for someone innocent.

I don't understand why BOOKMAKER does not have negative trust if there are unresolved scam accusations... And while the KYC would make sense with other casinos, it does not seem to be the case with Jetwin. Just a month ago, he wrote the following:

We never ask our clients for KYC.
JETWIN is completely anonymous.

Unfortunately, he's also been inactive for almost a month now, so maybe he does not work for Jetwin or something happened to the owner of the account... And there does not seem to be anyone else replacing BOOKMAKER and answering to people's questions even in their ANN thread... Maybe it's just a matter of time before they find a replacement, and maybe the casino is just going down...
