(Proof) SCAM Bitlish.com hold my fund and refused to pay back

What happened::
I did research on forum and found bitlish is a good exchanger.
they offer card deposit with very low rate.
this forum, they said is 0% charges in deposit somemore.

So, i decided to use it.
At first, i deposit small amount.
Seems alright.

Afterthat, deposit big amount. then they started not allow me withdrawal.
Full of terms and general answer.

Do they have a telegram channel or official social media account, if they have then contact them directly there, they seems to have a valid requirements that they are requesting, if you can provide that, do provide it, some exchanges do ask that kind of verification.
This is the first time I read about that exchange please update us on the development I am willing to support the flag.

after that i verified with selfish with holding my card and paper written " for bitlish card payment"

After that, i also asked support to double and triple confirm all things about card deposit.
then i only confident to deposit...
Starting, is smooth when small amount.
When is huge, bad things has happened. as you can see my case.

I have web knowledge, that's why i trying to share on forum to aware others.
I am sure many victims that they don't have right way to do Scam accusation.

2 weeks, keep email asking for them to get back the fund.
all email replied is the same "WAIT" , such general answer. 
Please, think again, 12,000 with them... suffer for 2 weeks of waiting.

2 weeks, can see bitcoin rate drop like hell...
when the moment i got back my btc, If i can get back my BTC, another damage.

you cans see it.. all withdrawal will take 24 hours.

Huge company, processing time is 24 hours!
My case, 2 weeks!
i am sure some other will have longer than me.

Currently, 1 btc rate at $7500..

if you buy a product at $7500
you sent 1btc to seller.
After 24 hours, seller only received 1 btc.
But the rate dropped to $7000

Do you think seller will ship the item to you?

Have you asked on the official Twitter channel ?? and why you use this exchange platform, obviously there aren't many users, it's a shame that large transactions on the exchange are still less secure.

I can share to any platform.
Since i can't get back my fund, nothing to lose.

I've checked if you already created a flag and there's still no flag created, please create one so we can support your complaint since they did not go here to answer your complaint and have also checked their thread and it's moderated, you have lost a huge amount and people should be warned that they should not use this kind of exchange, who do not address issues and just close it.

Have you tried threatening legal action? I am sure that you guys are in the right here, and there are definelty going to be scared if you threaten legal action. Have you found their company details, and do they have an address and a team behind the exchange?

Yeah, just looks like a shitty situation to be honest - I'm sure some DT members will flat the account and ruin the account soon - them going offline on the BTT account after being pretty active makes me wonder. What if the exchange got sold, or changed ownership?

You can try get their information and take it up with the UK government. They might be able to help here.

Yeah, I agree, I did a google search and it looks like they've really gone downhill these last months, making me more and more believe the theory that the exchange changed hands.
