What would your ideal Crypto trading exchange have as its features?

We wanted to run some crowd research before we finalised some of our platforms features and wanted to know what the public thoughts were on the following:

Graphical user interface (nice to have but not required)
Colour schemes (would be cool if...)
Services (Subscription service or simply maker & taker fee based)
Types of trading features: Margin, OTC, P2P, options, Futures, spot

Feel free to add in any features that you feel would be a nice to have.

The GUI is an exception because your website says that it's coming soon that's why nobody can give feedback regarding that part. I think the ideal one is with the most popular one and you should study how they've managed to attract a lot of traders on their platform.

We wanted to ensure that our features are in line with what the customers most desire from a all rounded trading exchange, without tainting their opinion with what we have already developed.

Thank you for your input, Our exchange will start with Spot only and will progress onto the other trading instruments. This is the best practice method to ensure the platform longevity and proper UK (host country) regulatory approval even though the platform is a global reaching one.

All aspects of TheOne Exchange will abide by regulatory requirements, this not only ensures that the platform is legitimised in the eyes of governments but it also the customer base. This in turn has an added benefit of security of the platform and the customers funds as they know that all governmental security measures are in place.

The colour schemes is also an important aspect of TheOne Exchange especially as one of our developers is colour blind, so we wanted to ensure that we would be able to accommodate all users with different types of colour blindness.

We are strong believers in complete transparency and for that reason, we simply will not tolerate engaging in projects that will damage TheOne Exchange reputation or hurt the public interest in the crypto space.

Pump and dumps are very difficult to preemptively tackle. Given that the project is a legit project and the teams are focused on truly delivering what they have set out to do. How can you single out users who would pump and dump without knowing their intent before hand?

To stop such activity can be done by our exchange by placing restriction on an account that is believed to involved in a pump an dump.

BUT it does partially defeat the entire purpose of a free market price discovery when considering if the pump is legit due to news or a legitimate project update and the community do not feel it to be worthy of such price point... the price then dumps back down OR the traders who are trading look to take their profits at those elevated levels to then rinse and repeat with other projects which is a legitimate method of trading, especially in this space.

How would you go about stopping pump and dumps from occurring on an exchange without a huge expense in the form of the required resource for monitoring for news, events and individual users on a continuous bases?

The page is limited as we are in the final stages of making sure we are ready for the roll out before ICO/IEO main site... this space is very critical so we want to make sure it is right first time

However we will NOT be accepting just any digital asset on the platform and will definitely not be accepting payments for just listing... Any new project that wants to be listed will need to meet our requirements for legitimacy of their project.

IF any payment is made for listing, it will be only for the additional hardware resource required IF any, or for the development required to add the digital asset into TheOne Exchange (custom blockchain, wallets and other project specific needs like their own staking systems or air drops)... other than that, there will be no cost for a project to get themselves listed on TheOne Exchange.

We want this space to be fair, honest and above all else transparent!

All exchanges in existence can freeze/suspend/lock accounts at their sole discretion... but do they do anything about the manipulation on their exchanges? other than participating/driving the manipulation themselves

Our platform will monitor accounts for suspicious activity, IF we feel that a specific user is manipulating the prices, the account would get flagged or automatically get flagged to our in-house moderation, to then further validate the manipulation. They would then take the steps necessary. This could vary from:

- Official warning to the user.
- Restrict the amount they can trade either by hourly/daily volume.
- Worst case, suspend trading for that account until the user can clarify their actions with our support team.

Please note: During any of the above actions, TheOne Exchange we will never restrict the customer from withdrawing their funds but depending on the scale of the market manipulation, we may ask that the customer contact our support team to clarify their action.

Security is paramount for any trading platform especially one with digital asset trading.

TheOne Exchange platform has made every effort to ensure that funds are secure including an implementation of an insurance fund, which will continually be topped up by a portion of the revenue generated through our platforms various services. This is for a just in case scenario that we hope to never have to rely on (All exchanges should or do have this regardless but they refer to it as legal aid or by other labels). Any funds that are allocated into this insurance fund will be in ratio against the platforms total asset worth stored on the exchange itself at any set period of time. The ratio will change dynamically throughout the lifespan of TheOne Exchange and therefore the insurance fund will adjust in accordance to this, adjusted to on a given set period.

TheOne Exchange platform will not only go through an in-house penetration testing work-through but it will also go through a third party industry recognised security code audit company. This will all be done before the feature rich platform is launched.

The MVP version which will be used for the ICO/IEO will have been security audited by us in-house. However, as the ICO/IEO funds will not be stored on the exchange locally but straight through to cold wallets, therefore we can avoid such security risks from the get go.

Also all KYC data will be processed through our fully encrypted databases using military grade methods, with best practices implemented from data management handlers throughout the various globally recognised industries. With that in mind, we are pretty certain that we are on the right/optimal track for security, by never underestimating it's integral value, in ensuring that TheOne Exchange is a successful trading platform and the right choice for its customers.
