the hardest thing to guess about this is the time. we might be able to speculate that the price of crypto will again go up high and be confident in that. however, the most difficult thing to determine is the time. besides that, other things that need to be dealt with are FUD, FOMO, and many other things that we need to prepare to wait for it.

So far, most speculation only says that the price of crypto will boom like 2017 in 2020.

It looks like even there is libra, cryptocurrencies never be stopped. There are many speculations about bitcoin doomed but what happening right now seems to be contradicted of what they expecting for.
If bitcoin halving will come, the price will rise again and it may ignite the bull run of cryptocurrency market. Let just wait till bitcoin goes up and for sure altcoins will follow.

Personally, it seems to me that LIbra will be released when a crypto boom begins, and not vice versa. But still, market sentiment is currently more positive than it was at the beginning of the year. But in any case, the appearance of Libra will well reflect on the cryptocurrency market.

Bitcoin market has shown some prominent increase in the price after some long time and people are expecting some bull run from bitcoin. I think lately we cannot say the bitcoin market is already green since many drops are coming and the marketcap is still so low compared than 2017, but it's better than 2018. The market is recovering but slowly. And i'm sure after the halving bitcoin price doubled at least because the block reward is less half. We could expect bitcoin price will boom at least at the end of next year because just like the previous halving, bitcoin halving in middle 2016 and price boom at 2017. We hope the history will repeat

yep, even i have sees some whales transcript planning to make that movement we are all waiting for (but i don't confirm or deny, DYOR)
just a little advice, even if you saw 6k price on bitcoin, dont panic, we wont stay down there for long time, market has already lost patience, govs are making some movement which will end joining much more of them in crypto world and xrp has made all they can to show the benefit of blockchaing to the real world

we will see the new ATH for sure, and we (mostly mean I) wont sell on any price less than a new ATH

All are waiting for that moment only so we don't know when it will happen, Because 2017 is the best year for cryptocurrency so all are waiting for that moment. Last year market is big drawback of many investors and again it was growing on second half of this year. So I expect next will raise gradually on all the coins and many investors also gradually increase on further years.

cryptocurrency still has the opportunity to be able to make price increases again, just don't know when it happened because there is currently no good news that can trigger an increase in coin prices at the exchange, cryptocurrency prices can go back up when market conditions begin to recover.

It's perspective, nothing more then that! For some people who hold good coins, crypto is booming as we speak. It's otherwise for the people who hold bad coins, they are desperate. There's one more good perspective, maybe better one, when did you get into cryptocurrencies! The ones who are here before 2017 and the ones who are here after that period. For the first group of people this is a great time, cryptocurrencies are booming!

I'm also expecting the centralised coins to go down and to see completely new guys on the top of coinmarketcap at some point.

  Centralized coins definitely contradict with the basic or central idea of crypto currencies. Only those people who want little profit and do not long for financial freedom are the ones who would go for centralized coins. Majority is in the favor of decentralized and this is why bitcoin is on the top of list. I don’t find any reason right now for doubting boom in crypto market in 2020 as the market is surging even at the moment.

If you are a trader that is definitely a problem since that is the most important decision you need to take, but for a long term holder that is a not an issue, even those that bought at 20000 can still recover their money, bitcoin came close to the all time high a few months ago and we will challenge it again during the next year, however most likely those that bought bitcoin at that price never had any intention to hold their coins and are now suffering the consequences of investing in bitcoin at the wrong time.

It looks like Libra really won't be able to be formed and we shouldn't expect it any more. It is being alot of allegations and seemingly insurmountable.
We should only focus on new news like Ethereum 2.0 and its hard fork in December. Bitcoin halving is still quite far, but we can accumulate bitcoin and ETH from now on.

If talking will Halving affect the price of Bitcoin, of course, there will be an increase. but if you talk about cryptocurrency which covers altcoin too I'm not sure. Even though there are still many people who hold Altcoin and hope that the coins they hold will also soar high as the price of Bitcoin. Yeah i think bitcoin price will increase very high but it different with altcoins, usually altcoin price will bleeding when bitcoin price exprienced a big rise, so we should avoid holding much altcoin when bitcoin price is increasing high. And for the libra statement, i don't think that's just a decoration because it's from facebook, and i'm sure they won't playing around with this kind of system, they're just not preparing anough for the launch and i think it's also immediate, they need more time to prepare everything before launch

if we look in the past:

December 2017:

ETH price was over $1200

Neo price was over $130

and look at the current price:

ETH price is $180

Neo price is $12

Do you believe that someday Neo will be priced over $ 130 again? I do not believe!

People need to be very careful with altcoins.

Look at Bitcoin, in December 2017 it reached $19000 and today it is at $8000 and that's not far from $19000. Bitcoin has a chance to return and surpass $19,000

I'm also expecting a boom again in the crypto market sooner or later. In the past 2 years bitcoin and other altcoins didn't get a huge increase in prices because of alot of problems and that's kinda sucks for people whos just joined and invested in bitcoin in the past 2 years. I'd believe that something great will happen in the next bitcoin halving and the price will increase again. We just need to hodl and be a little bit patient.
