Is Koi gotten from the fish variety? Anyways most provably you will not get a angel investor here since I doubt there are people who will risk there huge money for risky things. Much better for you is to find the money for yourself maybe try to loan in the bank so that this business will have a machinery to go through and always grab a proper marketing so that you will get a high chance success on your venture.

Everything have been done, not luck so far,  we are working in find out the cap we need to got listing in major exchanges and to increase our trading volume

Oh so bad to hear that maybe your marketing strategy is not strong and well done by your marketing team maybe the best thing you need to do now is to hire people who are professional on marketing side and also hire youtubers who will give video updates,reviews and anything that could make your project visible and viral.
