Can't withdraw from Nitrogensports

I've been using nitrogensports for a while now and everything seems to be fine until i tried to withdrawal my bitcoins for the first time.
I filled everything correctly in using the right bitcoin address, password and one time password. But when i try to confirm my withdrawal it gives me the message
''The address you entered does not appear to be valid. Please check the address again, or contact support for assistance'' i'm pretty sure i am using the right address,
I'm directly copying it from my electrum wallet receiving address. I tried to get in contact with customer support and they wrote:

''Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to verify if the address you are entering is correct or not.

Please remember that Blockchain works as an independent platform and Nitrogen Sports does not have any ability to check that information on your behalf.

I will definitely suggest you to check with your wallet service what the issue could be.

We are at your service if you need anything from our end.

Try a different wallet address and if you have the same error message then contact support and ask them where did you go wrong. It would be nice if you can add screenshot with your post. Rather than copy and pasting the message.

You are sure that you copied right address but make sure that pasted address is same as the receiving wallet address,often it can be corrupted if your deice has some clipboard issues.

And which wallet you were using to receive it? Or its an exchange?

I'm thinking the same,it is high likely that there is something wrong while he pasted the address he have copied.

Try to use other address, or check your copied address first through blockchain or blockcypher or any other bitcoin explorer. Check whether your address is valid or not, if it is a valid address then there must be something wrong with the withdrawal system at nitrogen.

Its odd if it do shows error.If you had copied the electrum receiving address , try to check once again if it shows the right address.

Try to refresh the browser and if the address was right and still shows some error then its definitely a problem on their side.

Then use a different address, if it is still not working then their system is in error here or they disable their withdrawal for you, or ask other members of the site and ask them if they are able to withdraw, you should send your concern in a clear manner and screenshot, if they ignore you, then you have a good reason to post a complaint in the scam section to warn others and to make them answer your complain..

Ask live chat for assistance, or are you aware that there are some malware that hijacks your clipboard and are changing it to something else? Try another address that is independent from your machine and your electrum wallet and see whether it makes the difference. It's actually cool that Nitrogensports implement the said feature to avoid loss of funds from users.

By any chance, are you using legacy address or a bech32 (the one that starts with bc1..) one? It could not be the problem in here though it's worth a shot checking that one out.

Sorry,somehow I missed that electrum wallet.So I guess he is using segwit Bech32 address for withdrawing which may not be supported by nitrogen sports yet so trying out legacy or segwit address which starts with 3 will resolve his issue.

This is likely to be the reason why he can't withdraw to his address. Someone asked on nitrogen's ann thread if bech32 addresses we're allowed for deposits or withdrawals and it was confirmed that withdrawals weren't allowed. I'm guessing nitrogen haven't made any changes with their withdrawal system until now.

I´ve deposited successfully from my bech32 address to Nitrogensports.
In general you can send funds from a bech32 address to any Bitcoin address.

However, it is currently not possible to withdraw to a bech32 address from Nitrogen. I hope that
Nitrogensports and other gambling sites will finally implement this functionality.
Therefore I´d only deposit if you still have a normal BTC address or an encapsulated
SegWit address in order to receive a withdrawal if you manage to win your bets.

Op stated that he is using electrum wallet so its a desktop app wallet not an exchange,@op if you are very sure that you are using the right wallet you usually use to store your btc then the above comments are right the wallet you are using is not supported with nitrogen try another or restart your desktop then login and enter again your wallet again sometimes this will solve your issues.

Have you checked whether you are having any issue with the wallet, i am not using Nitrogensports for a long time and if you are using segwit address then some of the site will be having some issue to identify that and i am not sure whether that is the problem here. Looking at the way the support team is responding it may be the reason you are encounter.

Maybe you should post your concern here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=355081.0. This is the thread of Nitrogensports and they have an admin there. You will have their attention faster and assist your problem. Sometimes support are slow in responding concerns but once their thread will receive issues they wanted your concern to be solved faster because everyone using Nitrogen here in forum can see it and observe.

To OP from ralle14's reply it clearly indicate that they are were/are not supporting bech32 address for withdrawals so I think you need other wallet for withdrawal,or just create new using electrum as legacy address then send it to your primary wallet.

I think that once the op read the post about bech32 addresses not supported by nitrogensports and must use another wallet address that is supported by nitrogensports. If the op really want to transfer the balance from nitrogensports but to withdraw from nitrogensports to a supportes wallet address before sending it to the electrum wallet.

By which letter is beginning your adress? If it's bc1xxx it's obviously because their wallet doesn't accept segwit bech32 addresses(P2WPKH). You should check if Nitrogensports is accepting segwit addresses or not.

Almost all the answers here suggest the OP to use a different address so it seems clear, the problem is with the recipient address that the OP uses. I'm sure Nitrogensports will solve your problem quickly because I've also experienced problems with withdrawals there but with a different case. The OP only needs to do as quickly as possible what has been recommended here about using a different address if he wants the problem resolved quickly.

I don't think clipboard hijacker malware is OP's problem here. The malware will change the copied address with the attacker's address which would be a valid address and Nitrogensports wouldn't recognize the difference.

I have a strong doubt that is the OP's problem because the Nitrogensports gambling site is a reputable one and I never heard such serious issues. You can use another wallet and probably your issues were solved. Try to use this wallet it is good for the mobile version and for the desktop version. https://www.coinomi.com/downloads/. You can use Legacy address since they did not allow Sigwet address(I think usually the gambling platform did not accept Sigwet address.)

Most gambling sites accepting it but they may not accept bech32 segwit addresses for withdrawals,but you can deposit using it.

OP doesn't even need to use another wallet just to get a legacy address. When you're creating a wallet on electrum you'll be forced to pick between segwit and legacy (but segwit is always ticked initially).

The OP only needs to do as quickly as possible what has been recommended here about using a different address if he wants the problem resolved quickly.

OP really doesn't have any other choice it's the only way for his issue to get fixed and get his coins out of the site.
