I think this is a matter for each individual, and really we should not use other people's money to invest in this market. It's too risky and we can lose a lot in just a few days of red blood.

It depends on the person you are talking to. If the person you are talking to is educated enough, he will not take whatever it is that you are saying as the truth. They will surely do their own initiative to know cryptocurrency more. And why would you even include the investment part of cryptocurrency when you are talking to a newbie? Somehow, Bitcoin price movement is just like a ponzi scheme if see the bigger picture. This who enter first benefits on the price fluctuations due to new investors money that buying bitcoin. Bitcoin is obviously not a scam because it didn't promised anything to gain. All price fluctuations is just because to pure speculation of people. Price of Bitcoin dump hard right after it reach peak price and no more nee money flowing in.  There is a lot of useful ways that you can do using bitcoin but it's hard to invite others with this current price volatility

What I did first to introduce my friends to the crypto world was to explain what bitcoin and altcoin are. After they understood, I gave them the airdrop link. If they understand, then I introduce the bounty. If they already make money from both, then I invite to join IEO. of course the basic thing before I tell my friend to join in this field by explaining the basic things about blokchain technology and its benefits, I will explain about the problem of return on investment or profits when my friend feels ready to enter this market.

We should feed them with important information that they need to learn before entering crypto.

But should we use bitcoin as an example for them to believe? I mean, bitcoin had been the most successful cryptocurrency by now. If explained well then they might understand it easily.

Altcoins had been a pain in the ass to explain to someone else while bitcoin on the other hand is something you could explain in just minutes without even using the word investment.

It's how a person delivers proper constructs wordings to attract persons interest, as it is different from our own perceptions since we do have our own versions of convincing our friends or love ones to join us seeking every opportunities that this industry has to offer.  The point is people have differences adopting what we are trying to feed/give  them.


If you start talking up  about system and payment process and give them hints how bitcoin intended being used, then after that give them ideas how to work with the investment sides with clear and detailed information, or you can do vice versa. It will still depends from how you delivered to convince them to follow your leads.

Education first before investment. The education should be made simple as possible, as well as fun.
Teach them the importance of Bitcoin, how to use it safely, as well as the advantages and few disadvantages. Some wonderful promoters tend to ignore this sometimes. Of course it is right. For me, explain how bitcoin can be profitable like when we said "join bitcoin trading, will make your life better" is bad idea. Because they will only think about it. A lot of people usually think only about what can be advantage from them. What make me afraid is when they ignore the risk, or maybe not want to know about it, after lose in trading or get anything bad in crypto industry, they will blame bitcoin.
