Bethereum withdrawals have not worked for 6 months for me!!!

I want to start with does anyone know anything about Bethereum. I bought around 14k close to a year ago and after winning several playing the Bether.io game I tried to withdraw and it would fail. So I messaged them on reddit. They said the fixed it try again. So I tried again. It failed again. So then I had to wait 2 more weeks for a response. Each time it failed I would have to message them and have to wait for them to return it back to my Bethereum wallet.  Well I messaged them the 2nd time and said please return funds and please fix so I can withdraw. I sent screenshots showing the correct address. They would then say I am lying and that withdraws have worked for 1.5 million people or something. Needless to say after failing again they quit responding. So I messaged on twitter the same thing happened multiple times. They would say try now. It would fail and then it would take 2 weeks for them to return the funds. Just to say they fixed it and it happen OVER and OVER again...  Well the last month they have been telling me to message via telegram and I cannot due to sending my bethereum referrals to other users (Telegram banned) so now the only way I can message via Telegram is if I am messaged first. Well finally today I refused to stop messaging until it was fixed they then proceeded to apologize and offer me 2 tickets to their shady game. That people multi account and stack Bether on.  I told them that it is not ok I do not want my tickets I just want my $30 investment back because when I tried to withdraw 6 months ago I was going to sell for around $35...  Needless to say I finally have my Bethereum in my personal Ether wallet and now they are currently only worth around $7...  

I told them that as far as I am concerned they need to buy the bether back for sending me through 6 months of BS. He said that there is no way this issue has happened for 6 months. I showed him like my 2nd or 3rd attempt trying to contact them from 120 days ago on reddit. He then said sorry. Our reddit team was not very active and that he took over in September and has had no complaints since?


What are your thoughts is it a Scam am I just shit out of luck.. He said you now have your bether and can deposit to the exchange and trade them now. Well my issue is the exchange charges almost all of the $7 in withdrawl fees if I traded back for BTC?  How Ironic is it that only they made money when it was up. Then he tells me it is my fault the issue was not resolved months ago when it was worth almost 3 to 5 times the price it is now (Thats just a rough guess I didnt go back and check the charts but I do remember around the price it was worth when I was going to sell)

Over 7 or 8 attempts to get my withdrawl so I could make a profit and now the coin is almost worthless my opinion is you better stay away from there!!! The customer service is shit. If you buy coins only buy a small amount and make sure you can withdrawl from there website before investing more!!!

Has anyone else had similar issues with BETHEREUM?  Sorry to rant I am just salty I was on Telegram for almost 3 more hours today just to only have $7 worth of coins now? Oh and some responses from 120 days ago said that they have no Customer service just a bunch of useless bots and after 6 months it seems true!  I do want to thank the representative for FINALLY helping me Thanks whoever you are But the company is Trash!!! Im done now! Will remove my opinion if they help correct the mistake they made! Until then I am screwed and F*Ck Bethereum!

I am sorry to hear it does not turned out the way you wanted. But let me tell 1 thing here. BETHEREUM has the most helpfull transparent team and moderators in all crypto space. The have a running platform and just moments away from a betting licence, unlike others. Community is great and is a true gem project. Stop this trolling pls.

Everyone in crypto lost money on Alts, that's crypto. I've been following Bethereum for 2 years and never had any issue with them. They are one of the only projects that deliver, they have a hard working team, active community, and just recently won some major awards in the iGaming space. From my experience every question I had (or others) was answered within seconds to minutes.

To be completely honest, I love the project and have had 0 problems with it and I have been using the site for over a year. I deposited and withdrew Bether on multiple occasions without any problems, they do not even charge a fee for withdrawals. I never heard of something similar and am active in all Bethereum channels.

When I had issues or questions, they were always helpful and replied really fast. They even discussed openly and honestly about all the problems they had with trying to keep the project alive. I always felt the team is honest and I think they would never scam their customers. They put their community at the center of everything they are doing.

I would really like to see some concrete evidence before commenting any further, for now, based on my experience, it just does not seem possible that they blocked you from withdrawing your Bether and that they ignored your questions on multiple occasions.

I really have no idea what are you talking about. I am with bethereum from the start and had no problems yet. If I had, asked team about it and solved the problem instantly. Bethereum has the best staff(and i'm really honest), who are in touch with community everytime. I am not sure your words are real, or fault of the Bethereum.
It sounds like blaming team for nothing...

Hey man, not sure where this is coming from. Sure, we all suffer from % loss on all of our investments during this bear market, but sounds like you are maybe having a specific issue, or just a bit pissed in general.....anyway, I think it is important for people here to know that Bethereum are actually very transparent, and are always there to answer questions and solve issues. I don't want to name any names, but just want to say it's not always the case in crypto. Bethereum has AMA every month, and always an admin around. It's very easy to write scam, but at the long term doing this is just ruining things for the few good teams who are actually building something and delivering

Well the issue is there is no transaction history on bethereum. You cannot see all of my failed attempts. I could post link from 121 days ago of my contacting them and etc.  I am just going to drop it. They are threatening a cease and desist via telegram now so I am just going to remove it and take my loss.  

I am not saying that they are a scam but the customer service is shit. They need to probe more before thinking the issue is resolved or even verify witndraw does work before having to wait 2 more weeks for a response.

Im going to drop it. I did get my withdraw finally but they need to step there game up. 6 months of the same issue is stupid. Maybe an explanation of the screw up would be ok.

Like what happened that only I could not withdraw?

I would post the failed attempts via transactions to my wallet, but the transactions that failed are from smart contract to smart contract, the smart contract after confirms sends to my address. So you do not see failed attempts via my wallet. And there is no log of my transactions failed and confirmed via bethereum!
