No reputable lender will accept BCT UID's as collateral, so I doubt your dud accounts elsewhere will have any value here.

No. It would not count as collateral. The unspoken/unwritten rule here on lending section is that a collateral must be cashed out with little effort and give a small interest over the main loan. For example, 110% or 120% is ideal. If you are asking for 1 BTC loan, you would give Ethereum or something other altcoin in exchange that the lender can cash out for 1.2 BTC IN CASE you do not pay the loan back. Squadhelp is not like this and is a lot of hassle to cashout.
