I don't see plagiarised here, what copies do you mean?

When you feel he copied your thread be sure to click "Report to moderator" on the right bottom and tell what your reason with proof

Look for the "report to moderator". The button is right below the topic (right side)

Plagiarism is not allowed here, but when you talk about selling the same thing, that's bound to happen, if you are selling the same stuff with the same features and their is a template on the the seller affiliate then it's likely that you are going to have the same content,
one example is clickbank, they have the same template for forum so every forum posters is going to have the same template
Since you are the one who first posted this, you should report it, by hitting the report button and explain your case there.

There is no evidence that he copied from you from what I saw there.

There is some resemblance in some texts and i can also see instance of text spinning. Let the mods be the judges though. The Best thing you can do now is report to the mods and wait for the outcome.
