First of all, many thanks for giving us the chance to try out your service and give a personal review. You gotta appreciate services who are actively looking for honest reviews in order to find out what could be improved.
Let me start by saying that I am not the most technical guy around and I have not been using mixing services regularly. For sure I havent tried out a service yet where I am actually trading BTC for Altcoins.
Website DesignYeah, obviously the very first step is visiting the website and right now, the design is obviously nothing special. To be exact, it is very, very basic. Personally I dont mind if a service like this does not come with a super-fancy webdesign as long as all the rest works out as it should. Website loading speed is great and thats one of the benefits of basic designs. Still, you could of course improve your design when you get to that and you probably should.
The ProcessOne of the advantages of your very minimalistic webdesign is of course that you dont have too many options as a visitor. There is the obvious "START NEW SESSION" button and even my grandma would understand that this is where it all begins.
Alternatively you have an option to enter a session key in order to restore a previous session, which is cool in case something went wrong, you had to stop in between or whatever. Theres really nothing else you can do on the frontpage so thats cool!
Okay, so after having started the session and backing up your session key, you proceed by clicking on "Deposit bitcoin". You can find the bitcoin deposit adress and after having sent the deposit, you are asked to refresh the page. I did that and yes, the screen changed saying "Deposit detected. Waiting one confirmation.
At that point I waited until I saw it confirmed, refreshed and that message was gone - now you only see the deposit amount - something like "successful" might be a good idea, some sort of note.
Then I clicked on "Swap". Now theres really nothing you can do wrong. YOu can find your btc amount in a red box and next to it the corresponding ltc amount. Below is a button "Swap Coins". I clicked that and received a green notification "Swap complete". Then I clicked on "Withdraw", entered my litecoin adress, the litecoin amount. Below you can find the Blockchain fee. Just click "Withdraw" and received a notification Litecoin was sent including the corresponding transaction id.
Last but not least you click on "Destroy" in the navigation where you have the change to destroy your session so all date will be purged. This is optional, you dont have to do that and there is an automated session deletion in 25 days in place.
ConclusionReally it all went well - even for a newbie like me and I think I really might use the service in case I want to swap some of my btc. As mentioned before, I am not the hardcore tech guy so I cant really comment on that but from what I see, there are no problems and its all good - provided no data is being recorded.
