Best altcoins for 2020?

Bitcoin will still be up there for me. In as much as potentially successful coins are cropping up, Bitcoin still leads. Ethereum is also one to go with. It might not have gone up as many expect, but I think it will in the coming year(s). This two are still my best. Litecoin, ripple, and some other altcoins will go up too. But i think that will be dependent on how Bitcoin moves.

Bitcoin is still a good sign, and now China and binance have also opened exchanges in China using the application,
altcoin seems to be bad, but there are some altcoins that we should support, such as waves, ethereum

I will select the coin that struggles a lot this year, and that is ETH because it will likely to bring good return to investors once it recovers and pump.
Though this is just a speculation and there is no assurance I will see ETH being the best next year, but I have so much belief on the coin that is one of the major reasons for the bull run last 2017.

Honestly I no longer believe in blockchain’s application outside of it being used for cryptocurrencies...

Maersk, DHL, logistics, banks, governments, automotive, food, pharma, etc... all are jumping on immutable DLTs on blockchains in huge numbers. some on public chains, most on private implementations (IBM, Mastercard, etc...)

And there will be a day when public/decentralized part will play critical role...

so back to the topic: All fast and stable chains with smart contracts, good governance, communities, development and growth prospects will have a chance to stay. The leaders are not clear now(and probably won't be in a next few years)

This is the coin created by the scammer Craig Wright, by forking the Bitcoin Cash Blockchain (on 15th November 2018). From what I have heard, Calvin Ayre teamed up with Craig Wright to pump the coin, but they failed to overtake BCH. Do you know what they did after that? First they crashed the BSV prices by filing lawsuit against those who claimed that Wright is not Satoshi. Once the prices crashed (as many of the exchanges delisted BSV) and they could accumulate a huge amount of coins at dirt-cheap rates, they pumped the prices by filing a patent suit claiming the ownership of BTC. In the end the Ayre/Wright combo earned a huge amount of money by scamming the users.

No one was able to predict perfectly well what happened in the previous years. Almost everything came as a surprise. So, in 2020, a lot of us will be caught unawares when it is time. Although, I believe that bitcoin will grow beyond where it is now, but how much or the extent to which it will grow is what I do not know.

You can trust with ethereum for investing on 2020 because ethereum have price depend with bitcoin,when bitcoin on higher price ethereum will allowed to higher price. You can invest your money with ethereum and have big chance other altcoin because only bitcoin have potential altcoin have higher price for the future, many time when ethereum down just few days ethereum back to higher price again.

More challenging is altcoin / tokens other than bitcoin which have a good future in 2020.
In my opinion coins or tokens that have electability that will be able to glide safely in 2020, given that Ethereum is felt to be weak and a lot of abuse in ETH-based tokens, or also could be TRON based tokens could become king in 2020 apart from stable coins.
But it's all just opinions and predictions, nothing can be ascertained in the crypto world, can be suddenly rich and can also be suddenly poor

From coins beside BTC my bets are ETH, ADA, LEO, VET and Ardor. Then there are some bags i haven't filled yet so i don't shill them yet at all. Some of those are collectables and tokens that haven't delivered yet so i don't want to promote them either because they are more of a gamble still. But most of my holding will be in btc for a long time until the altseason.

@Wysi I would once again pick Ethereum, Ripple and Litecoins only as these coins have shown in the past they can bounce back and generate stellar returns. Also if you go to see the alts coin market is heavily crowded, but most of these alts don’t have the potential to generate high returns hence it’s besy to go with trusted alt coins only.

I do not think so, if it happens then market monopoly will occur and will eliminate the nature of crypto no one can regulate it. I am more interested in BNB because its usefulness and volume is quite good and ethereum remains a good investment in my opinion in 2020. So I believe in eth and bnb can provide a lot of potential in 2020

I think that there will be a pretty big surge in 2020, namely Ethereum. because this is the king of altcoin and big investors / whales still hold this coin, some possibilities If the price of Bitcoin exceeds $ 20k ethereum will also follow. like what happened in 2017, in my opinion.

BNB coins in my opinion are also potential in the next year, if projects such as IEO emerge more in the exchange. but I think basically the top 10 in CMC has the potential to surge in the future.

I think the best altcoins for 2020 besides ETH and XRP, could be BNB, BCH or LTC because these coins are one of the top coins in the market that most investors would like to hold it for a long term, that is why it will be really profitable in the year 2020.
