i use b250 expert mining with 8 amd card 580 & 570 ans two Psu  ( A & B )
i cant go on more than 8 cards !

forget 13 gpus, you will have a lot of issues, focus on maximum of 12 with this motherboard. Actually there is a reason why most manufactures created boards with maximum 12 gpus.

Is it you just can mine with more than 8 cards?  Do the other gpus show up under device manager?

I'm using this motherboard and I have 19 rx 570 gpus on it. If you use windows operating system, the system does not work properly if there is more than 12 gpus on windows. Instead of windows operating system, I recommend installing a rig with linux operating system like hiveos or simplemining.

HiveOS and Simple mining are plug and play just make a bootable USB of these OS.

You should install latest version of HiveOS and it should perform well with at least 12 cards,I have one with 13 cards running that I manage for a friend.Are the cards bios modified?
I did the bios mod on Windows for each card individually,put all cards on motherboard,run hiveOs and everything was smooth and it is to this day although the board is turned off because of high electricity cost.
In all boards that house more than 8 cards you should a Linux system because with Windows you will run into problems.

Yes i use hiveos (linux) with 2 psu putted in A&B compartiment in motherboard. I have just 8 cards listed.

For the bios of cards, some cards are flashed others
