Hey everyone!Excited to announce the launch of Incognito DEX. Now you can trade BTC, ETH, ERC20, BNB and BEP2 tokens with 100% confidentiality!
Like a DEX, it’s fully decentralized. Unlike a DEX, its users and their trade histories are confidential. Like a CEX, it’s scalable. Unlike a CEX, there’s no third-party operator risk; users have full control of their money and private keys.
✔ Confidential. Incognito DEX doesn't disclose buyers, sellers, and transaction amounts. ✔ Scalable. Incognito DEX leverages Incognito's implementation of full sharding to achieve high-throughput. Incognito's throughput scales linearly by adding more shards, so it can continue to grow to support large transaction volume. ✔ Cross-chain liquidity. Incognito DEX leverages Incognito's bridges to the other blockchains - like Ethereum and Bitcoin - to enable cross-chain trading. So you can trade BTC and ETH privately on Incognito DEX. ✔ No order book. This unique mechanism of Incognito DEX borrows heavily from Nick Johnson's reddit post in 2016, Vitalik Buterin's reddit post in 2016, Hayden Adam's Uniswap whitepaper in 2018. The idea is to replace traditional order book with a bonding curve mechanism known as constant product.
The Incognito DEX is pretty new – we need sharp eyes and honest feedback. We’d love for you guys to be the first to try the private DEX and get involved into crypto world changing project!

This sounds interesting: Activate incognito mode for any blockchain Incognito is a privacy sidechain, that can be attached to any blockchain to conduct confidential asset transfer. The Incognito sidechain runs parallel to main blockchains, allowing for secure two-way transfers of crypto assets whenever privacy is needed. The names "private DEX" sounds alittle weird though. Sounds as if you are referring to typical "private Blockchain". Why is called private DEX by the way? It's because of the incognito/privacy features? Is available on mobile phones? Would be nice if it's. Where exactly do I review the DEX? Or is it not available yet?

Not trying to hijack the thread here, but isn't a DEX supposed to be private in the first place? Otherwise it's not really a DEX?
A real DEX doesn't require KYC, accounts, personal info etc. etc. It's annoying that so many people have such a hard time knowing which DEX's are real, and which ones is fake. Like the "Binance DEX", which isn't a DEX at all, since all the nodes is run and controlled by Binance themselves. That's not decentralized at all, lmao.
"No order books" - Means I gotta try this, as it doesn't make any sense to me. It seems like you guys are trying to hide the actual books, so nobody can see if there's huge sell walls to scare people into selling? On the other hand, how do you even see if you can buy anything then?
I'll check it out regardless. At least seeing DEX solutions trying to innovate instead of running the "classic" atomic swaps type of DEX is nice to see.
Personally excited on the launch of Stakenet's Lightning DEX, which will offer instant trading over lightning, with unlimited transactions/s. That's innovation that makes a huge difference to the consumer of these products and services.

Hacking in exchanges that have happened in recent times is very worrying and I think DEX is one of the best solutions for that. Looks like Incognito has some interesting products and I'm excited to trying their android app and faucet.

But if your DEX does truly what it says,,, then it needs to not just be confidential but fully anonymous. All exchanges should anyway by default guarantee confidentiality of data. That is privacy laws.
But you will be different if you offer true anonymity, no data collection at all. But if you do this,,, then practically nobody will want to trade there because you have to not track data for trade size and frequency, then you cannot show statistics for volume and even you cannot show orderbooks right?

Great start for new projects which already have both ios and android apps which is expensive for development. I think this project is really serious and ready to compete with other exchanges, and the anonymousity features could be the one that people are looking for, i'll give a try.

How can it be private if it's just become a fellow with BinanceX? Or do I misunderstand that private here has something to do with privacy? For me, if you're linked to Binance somehow, then you sooner or later are going to be doing KYC, which is fine by any means, but Binance has super close links to China (it supports the government there). What happens when China one days demands all fellows to reveal user data? What will this mean for users?

Hey! Sorry for late reply, missed your last message. The binance granted incognito team to build a tool for BNB. The pDEX do not belong to the binance and has no relation with that company.

For me the people marketing and branding this project can do a better job with this weird brand Private DEX, I don't see how this is different from Shapeshift or other wallets like Crypto.com is doing on their wallet. This is not new or the first, though I think the team will need to market it and make it sound novel IMO
