Are you asking where are they accepted then It'd be better to just contact ezzocard through their website or here. They have an account here tho it was last active on Oct 24th (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1075789)

The answer is simple. Anywhere Visa & Mastercard are accepted online lol. However, sometimes VCCs don't work everywhere, like to pay a phone bill for example because they want a card issued locally and not a foreign Visa card. Amazon once blocked me for using a VCC

But do you think there could be more than that? like something about the card issuer. Saw a bunch of users asking ezzocard whether X accepts their card. I expected the same answer but what I got was how unsure they were about certain services that they haven't tried or haven't heard feedback from.

Nah, it really depends on the card. Sometimes too merchants refuse to accept people to pay using a VCC because it can be an anonymous payment method and a source of fraud. I know for example if your Adwords account is relatively new you won't be able to use a VCC, same with Bing.
When you're used to it, you can 'guess' which site will accept or not.

By the way, it's not only about ezzocard but all VCCs generally. When Amazon blocked me, the VCC I used was issued by a website owned by Visa itself.

Ezzocard can be used on services like Play Store. I once linked their VCC to my Play Store account and it worked perfectly fine.
Ezzocard also state that their card can be used on PayPal but I haven't tried that.
