Why are you involved with Crypto?

I Started here around 2017, when bitcoin got hyped.
and first thing I did is to look for information and get involved.
and until now, though I earn a couple bucks a long the way.
I'm staying here and still continue to learn a thing or two.
the thing with crypto currency is it doesn't end with something.
its evolving and continue to grow
and by that we crypto enthusiast, keeps feed with a lot of information.
And for me its a hobby.

I got many conveniences when I got to know cryptocurrencies so I could see technological developments that could transact so that I could use digital money as payment for the purchase of an item without using real money so that it made me wake up with my eyes open to explore the technology of increasingly modern times,
And this may also be one of the global sciences of the blockchain and crypto world that is more flexible in the development of the evolutionary era of blockchain technology

Virtually everybody are into cryptocurrency trading or investing in order to make profits simple. I believe that if there were not gain or profits and being into crypto activities, everyone would have stopped or advice others not to waste there time in participating in something that will not yield a good result. Aside from monetary incentives in crypto, I rarely come across discussions pertaining to why the average enthusiast in crypto is involved with crypto. While the answer may be pretty straightforward, there are some outliers.

Crypto means much more than just monetary incentives, it's essentially a technical revolution that has involved the masses, something you and I can be apart of. Ultimately, that's probably one of my greatest interests for blockchain and crypto. Another big intrigue for me is the evolution of blockchain tech in itself. I've been around for quite sometime and have witnessed the evolution of cryptos, businesses, behaviors and attitudes.

These 2 factors, along with several others, are the reasons I continue to be involved on a community and business level with crypto. It's become a hobby, passion and business for me.

I know this thread is kinda old but still very relevant if we really want to think it truly, most even if not all the people in this platform are mostly about the monetary side of crypto hence you will always see most of the discussion in here is tilted towards that aspect. I believe that only a little portion of the audience here are ALSO looking at the technical part of crypto, the Blockchain, or the technology behind it. People will naturally not be that involved if they wouldn't get some form of a reward from it and this time, it is Financial.

The world is getting fully decentralized and all with the help of crypto currencies.
I came into the crypto world at first as a bounty hunter looking for some money to survive and take care of family but with time I advance from hunting to working with some big tech companies, with crypto the world is literally better and all data are saved and backed up properly, very high privacy not as bank that spies each and every transaction you make in the crypto space no one has your time. I wanted to buy bitcoin in 2013, but my wife told me not to buy it because it had no underlying value........so i did not buy any. During the last bull run i bought for a little bit and got interested in the different projects and the different ways to work with crypto. There is so much to learn so many concepts. First I accidentally got involved in crypto because I participated in a faucet event, where I was awarded crypto bitcoin in 2017. From there I began to deepen my knowledge about crypto and I found out that there are many benefits of crypto. and it is proven that now in the crypto world it has become a good payment system commodity and in some companies have legalized bitcoin for payments. looks like crypto is getting me involved to be in the crypto world until the future

many of us comes from faucet player, as time goes by faucet become smaller everytime now shifted to bounty hunter or be traders for whom that have money to start. maybe if we still faucet reward it could make us as billionare now, every faucet rewarded with huge amount bitcoin if compared with current rate.

at 2013 maybe its price still below $10 and if we bought at that time , today we will have atleast 20bitcoin . but personally i am sure bitcoin holder could hold their assetss till now on.

i followed crypto at first just wanted to try to make money instantly by trading on one of the markets. and it turns out that cryptocurrencies are very easy to do and don't require a lot of tools. until I joined the bounty campaign on my friend's suggestion. and in the end until now I continue to learn and follow the development of krypto.

For me personally, cryptocurrency is an opportunity. Look at the current financial systems, they show their inefficiency for the umpteenth time.

Crypto is the new revolution of transparency financial technology system. It could be the future of the financial system around the globe by replacing the old traditional transaction via financial institutions. Likewise, its advantages have not required the middleman service for transaction approval, fast and secure.

What attracted me to cryptocurrency initially was the ability to own my money securely without any third party, this was revolution in my view! So, for the first  three years of my involvement with cryptocurrency, I did not aim for profit or business, Having access to my money directly without third part was enough for me! it is still fiat for now. Because fiat is still widely used. Bitcoin is not that acceptable and as of now, many are still clueless about bitcoin especially with those who do not have access to internet. Fiat is used in most countries and controlled by the government. but it will still be good and better if we have bitcoin. It is a store of value and good for long term investment.
