Learn how to use the "Insert code" edit your post again and use this # you can see this while you are editing your post.

Code:
Sample this one

Anyway, this is what I noticed on the logs this value below.

Code:
main.c:9103: get PIC voltage=0 on chain[1], value=930
main.c:9103: get PIC voltage=0 on chain[2], value=930

It seems no power comes from PSU to these two boards. Do you have any extra PSU to test?

Also, can you add some screenshot of the miner's status here so that we can see other issues why you are having this problem?

Try to do one by one hashboard testing follow the guide from the link below:

- Test hash board one by one

I didn't noticed this one
Code:
main.c:14100: Miner Type = S9+

Are you sure that the kernel logs are from s11?
Did you recently flash the s11 miner to s9 firmware?

Thanks bro for your help
here is my answer to the questions

1- I don't have extra PSU
2-The miner status shows nothing all the rows are blank.
3-I didn't flash it so far ,i bought S11 19TH and this is first time for my Antminer which is down  .it worked well before with above 19TH average on 24 Hour.

moreover the link which you posted doesn't work! It shows 403 Forbidden

what do you think about below ?
Code:

dsPIC33EP16GS202.c:117: dsPIC33EP16GS202_jump_to_app_from_loader failed on Chain[2]!
dsPIC33EP16GS202.c:117: dsPIC33EP16GS202_jump_to_app_from_loader failed on Chain[2]!

I'm not familiar with that error it seems the loader and getting the software version is always failed in the chain [2] you might get this error because the hashboard chain 2 is not running properly like I said it might be a power issue.

Did you try to do some tests first run them one by one?
The guide already posted above.

If everything is fine try to reflash the miner with latest version "Antminer-S11-all-user-201908011639-sig.tar.gz"

Then test it again.
