It is not something that others can easily help you with. You should try contacting the Blockchain support, however, I am not sure whether or not they'll assist you. Not saying they are not able to, they probably can. But will they is the question. You need to prove your ownership of the account.

Maybe you can try to reset second password or ask support to do it for you.
Anyway, I would not keep my bitcoin on online wallet like blockchain.com in the first place. Best place to keep Bitcoin is your own wallet like Electrum on hardware wallet. And always backup.

First I want to say don't handover your account without trusted person. You would able to recover yourself, just need to try and try again. At first try with your best guesses, probably it would work for you. If it doesn't work then download wallet.aes.json. Likely you will found it on first email from Blockchain if you have saved it. If not please watch the below video, You may check this video how to work brute force and download (wallet.aes.json) : How to recover Blockchain.com walletYou may need btcrecover tolls, you will found here including tutorials: https://github.com/gurnec/btcrecover/blob/master/TUTORIAL.md#btcrecover-tutorial Hope you will able to recover your fund by yourself.

If by any chance you activated the backup every x days or every transaction (I believe there was a setting like this) Blockchain must have emailed you your wallet file. You can import it to Electrum and I think it just requires your main password for Blockchain to work.

i would like to ask if there is anyone who can help me recover my funds in my blockchain wallet. I forgot my second password and i dont have the backup phrase neither. wallets are designed to be accessible only by you so you don't need someone to help you. Blockchain.info wallet is a buggy wallet and has had a problem with old accounts. "I don't know if this problem has been solved." Try to remember your password, if it doesn't work try to remember the 12 words, look for old emails and try to find "wallet.aes.json" file For more see ---> to those who lost their Blockchain.info Secondary Password. If you have a large number of coins try---> http://www.walletrecoveryservices.com/.
