if you go back a few posts you'll see Veleor told me "realbadjacks99, if you still have access to your old email, there is a chance that you may regain your account. Account recovery procedure is described in the topic "Recovering hacked/lost accounts"
I still had the same email address so I sent them all the information I had, and pointing them in the direction of this thread. Got an email last week saying "The account has been queued for recovery using this email address <-------------> and it will be done automatically in 7 days." I waited the 7 days and got the email today titled " Manual recovery complete " which said "The email address of your account has now been updated, and the account is unlocked."
Could take some screenshots of the emails. Not sure how else to give you proof.

If it's resolved then the best thing you can do at this point is to lock the thread (lower left of page) to prevent necro-posting and off topic posts going forward.
If you have need to reopen the thread (should the situation require) then you can always unlock the thread (lower left again), edit the OP and add a new post to bump the thread to gain people's attention.
