From my experience from hiring developers here, I doubt you will find anyone who can do all of it especially the token part. They all claim to be super talented and can execute any project but after giving the requirements, they either back out or try to scam you with the upfront payments.
I can help you with creating a website and backend. Looks like a fairly simple job.
I am reacting to this claims because it is directly pointing at me based on the option that i choose among the available jobs.
I do not see anything bad when someone confesses that a job is too difficult and he/she cannot get it done satisfactorily, provided the person did not waste the client time. The only bad thing about what you said is when a coin developer is asking for an upfront payment rather than escrow agreement.
My interest in the ERC 20 creation is still valid, i only need the specifications and requirement features/functions.

Okay, i will proof you wrong when giving the job to handle.
You see, developers here claim to be the best and message you that they will get the job done. Once you waste enough time on it, agree to payment, talk for 2 hours, they get back to you after 2 days saying they can't do it. Time wasted and so does the energy of talking to an incompetent.
I dislike time wasters as well.
