Which ALTS would you bu if crypto boom started yesterday?

I think I would look at etheruem and my reason is that it is the umbrella body of altcoin since many project are under the platform. So, definitely if altcoins start to bull, etheruem will be included but not all altcoin will follow in the bull.

Definitally ETH, i remember the ICO, but i was too noob to buy in, i got some early, but also sold at first x10, didnt hodl long enough
i remember the general sentiment was that it was gonna be big tho

And you should also give an opinion about your question so that this discussion would find its worth. I won't have any other choice with alts but my priority would always be with Ethereum.

This is my all in altcoin if the question will always have those 'ifs'. We have seen on how powerful it was in the past although it has dropped dramatically but as mentioned, I wouldn't doubt to choose it for the meanwhile.

when there is an increase in prices like what happened yesterday then I will buy Ethereum and Litecoin, because I feel these two altcoins can experience price increases when bitcoin prices are rising and market conditions are crowded, now I will not miss that opportunity again because I have prepare these two altcoins, so that when the pump happens again I can get a lot of profit.

Most people's top choice is Ethereum since most altcoin are in ethereum platform and it is always the second-best investment you can make in crypto because of it's potential. Aside from bitcoin I also have some of my money in ethereum because I think it is still undervalued and also ethereum is one of the most hyped altcoin during altcoin season, that is why most people put their money on it.

BTC, ETH, and perhaps XRP.  These are safe bets.

One could speculate that the next bull run could be even bigger than the last one due to institutional investors, and rich/wealthy people including big corporations wants to join in.
Some of these entites might not want to disclose their holdings, or fear that their private info's are exposed to leaks (Like we saw with the Panama Leakage a few years back!)

So a project like Blocknet, isn't a bad hold either, considering that DEX's will quite possibly yield HUGE demand moving forward. Blocknet made the first working DEX on the market, and yet is so inexpensive to accumulate right now, considering it supply is so small.
Binance knew DEX's would likely dominate at some point, so they made their own "DEX", which is fully controlled by them, so it's not really that centralized sadly.

ETH - Last time it went above $1000. I expect the same and beyond this time.
XRP - It went above $1.00, it will go beyond that.
BNB - It has the potential to reach $100.
NEO - The coin from China is always a good investment.
AWC - Good team, good product. It can reach $10.00

Only eth, xrp, and bch are the alts can be stored on my favorite 3rd party app in our Country so I guess, these altcoins are my contender for alts. No wonder many will choose eth cause its a very friendly user platform. Aside from thesr line up, I like also bnb cause it has a tremendous demand in trading and their program launchpad.

I would go for Ethereal and BNB, the reason behind selecting these two altcoin is pretty simple as they have high volume and I had already earned a good amount of profit from them in the past. Ethereum being the most preferred altcoin wherein BNB being most profitable and trustable exchange token.

Like everyone else replying to this thread, I'd go for Ethereum. I remember seeing it at $40 but didn't want to touch it thinking that it was already overbought an would already dump. Who knew it was going up to a high of $1200++ in the coming months.

ETH really did make millionaires considering $40 to $1200 is around like 3000% gain. Crazy times!

I would buy Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), and Lisk (LSK). I missed all of them when they were very cheap. And I missed them once more when they were moderately cheap. And now, they have already grown so expensive that x5, though still possible, is almost already wishful thinking. Another thing that I would have done is to continue HODLing them despite the pumps. I did not know, for example, that ETH could go as high as $1,000 and even beyond.

I would go for ETH because lots of developments and progress underway and lots of company wants to incorporate ETH to their system, which means they trust ETH and this will trigger people to buy. If bull run happens i assume a huge increase in ETH price.

Bitcoin, as it's the one that yielded largest ROI ever. If I could just travel back to the time I first had bitcoin in my wallet, I would loan as much as possible and buy bitcoins with all the money I could afford. I can't go back to past and I'm not sure about the future. Yet, I'm buying bitcoins from my saving in a hope it would rise again to 20K.

Ethereum maybe, because during the again ICO and the number of projects on the Ethereum platform I can benefit each project up by 200-500%.
But that's for short-term only because after that shitcoin no longer rises at the beginning of the list in the market. Now people prefer a safer IEO.

Cardano is a very volatile currency, which went up by more than 5,000% in 2017, and then went down by 98% in 2018. The development is very slow with that particular cryptocurrency and that is one of the reasons why it lost so much value in 2018 (despite its advanced technology). The developers ignored the requests to create a lite wallet, and as a result the users had to install the Daedalus wallet (which eats up a lot of bandwidth and hard drive space). Now they have a lite wallet, but the damage has been already done.
