Good day,

I am the legitimate user of this account.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=227699

My account was hacked some time ago.
Also was the e-mail address compromised.

Now, after a long correspondence with the provider, i have access to the e-mail address and have changed it.

Now I have seen the follow:

#########
Sorry makuny, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.

You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism. You may appeal here, but your chances are not good: banappeals...@theymos.e4ward.com
#########

I have seen the hacker has used my account for plagiarism and copy and paste.

What can i know do?
I have send more then 3 Mails to banappeals...@theymos.e4ward.com without any response.

I signed my account if that helps.
The BTC address is still available and has not been deleted.

I promise you
I will not do such things was do the hacker, this can be checked effectively from you daily. No Problem.

But please give me the opportunity to continue my old user.

I thank you and I am available for further questions.

If the recovery team can't establish that the account ever changed hands then I'd imagine that the account would stay banned. Once an appeal has been submitted with a signature, and details about the issue they'll look for both consistencies, and inconsistencies with the supplied information. If they can't establish that the current user is not the alleged hacker then it probably won't be recovered.

Don't spam send the emails, but try to go into as much detail as possible with your next email. Make sure to include dates if possible, and any useful information.

Thanks for your fast reply.

I did that, but there is no reaction.
Not even a reaction with tips for a possible help.

I have given a lot of information, but did not get a reaction Sad

So my last intention is now:
create a new account so I can write in the forum.

Snip~~
My account was hacked some time ago.

Actually when your account was hacked? You said sometimes ago. But the last post of that account was on 19 Oct 2018. So how hacker made a post which was plagiarized?

Or if your account was hacked a long ago? Then why you did not appeal for recovering your hacked account?

Mods please correct me if I'm wrong, but until the question of whether your account was really hacked or not is answered to the satisfaction of staff, you aren't allowed to create a new account or post with your current one outside of a ban appeal thread in Meta.

My question is how did you manage to recover your account from a hacker?  Unless you provide those lengthy communications to someone who can unban you, I doubt anyone is going to believe that and it doesn't matter if you can sign an address or not.  The old excuse "I gotz hacked!!" has been used so many times for so many different things it's unbelievable.  I sure as hell wouldn't believe it without some proof.

Nor do I care if you get unbanned, honestly.  Looking at your post history, you aren't exactly an asset to the forum.  All the posts I could read that weren't in my ignored sections are complete shit.

Your problem is you are emailing the ban appeals email. You should be emailing the account recovery team, to first establish that the account changed hands/ was hacked. The email is found in this thread
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5089777.0  - recoveries...@bitcointalk.org

This would be my first step email them, with all details pertaining to the hack, First explain the account is banned but that the plagiarism happened when the account was hacked. Now they will be able to tell if this actually took place or not, so no sense in trying to BS them. If it can be proven that took place, you can then look to have the account unbanned.

I say this as it seems your account was hacked and they didn't change the password from the way you've written your post. I could be wrong, if you've already dealt with them then ask them to verify this with a Global Mod or theymos.

Thanks for your very helpful post.
This is what I need.

I know all think I lie, but I'm not the spammer or writer of plagiarism.
