I looked into the laws about this, and I think you may be misinterpreting the law. I think what is defined as "cockfighting memorabilia" is implements meant to attach to a cock like foot razors etc. Technically under the law you just have some knives with words on them. One sample I found for California, likely one of the most restrictive US States:

"Possessing Cockfighting Implements—Penal Code § 597i

Manufacturing, buying, selling, bartering, exchanging, or possessing any cockfighting implements (i.e., gaffs, slashers) or any other sharp implement designed to be attached to a rooster's leg is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for up to one year and/or a maximum $10,000 fine. If convicted, all cockfighting tools and implements must be forfeited."

I can't seem to find any federal or even state laws banning what you have here. I am not a lawyer or anything and I might be wrong but I think you should be well within US law owning and selling these items. Using them, that is a different story. If you know a specific law you thinks restricts this I would be happy to look over it. Good luck with your sale.

The knife can be shipped anywhere knifes are legal which is almost everywhere.

I mean the cock gaffes and stuff which I did not show in pictures can not go to places where it is illegal. They cant go to California like you just showed. California is actually one of less restrictive states in the united states for this stuff and there still is a lot of cockfighting there because some of the politicians go to the cockfights.

Its not my job do research for laws where you are but gaffs and spurs 100% not ok to ship within united states there is a federal law signed by Donald Trump to make doing things done by brown people illegal.

It could be that this is the wrong market for the items. Your best bet is to sell them in a marketplace centered around cockfighting and it's memorabilia, then converting that cash to BTC. Some things just don't sell here and sit around for years, so if it's desirable take it where it is desired and move it quickly.

It is a nice knife 🔪 and I do have a small collection of shun knives 🔪.

I think the problem is not many of us know the value of it.

0.069 btc is over 600 usd !  I have zero idea of its worth I think 🤔 no one buying here has much idea of the value.


budk.com has a similar knife 🔪 made be kissing krane for $29.99 the 2020 model for usa veterans.

So the value is all in the engraving not the knife itself.
