More machine placements.  The BTM department of Vietnam’s premier Bitcoin Exchange BitcoinVN has activated another Bitcoin ATM location in Vietnam’s Southern Metropolis.

The new machine (Bitcoin ATM Thao Dien) is currently only offering to buy Bitcoins; but it lets you do so in 3 clicks without requesting your phone number while accepting banknotes at 4x speed as compared to our other machines. While 2021 has been a rough year in Vietnam with month-long lockdowns and several of our venues closing for good - we are still here. The new software has been rolled out in its initial stages - and the first two machines are live with it. I'm sure there will be some unicum who will want to rob a bitcoin ATM. It's a good thing that bitcoin wallets are electronic and it will be much harder to rob them, especially if transactions are conducted using either Tor browser or VPN, for this purpose NordVPN is the best, it uses a pool of IP addresses, which are blocked in very few places. |
