I think the intelligence in this scam is the first level for free, but the profits that are offered are very little compared to time.
Perhaps if they add some credibility to that level, they will succeed in carrying out the greed of some.
Why do people think that such models will be attractive, a high level of payments without any risks will make everyone skeptical.
