Okay this has been discussed in our T20 and T20I discussion topic in here. So I though without further delay let's have the topic in here.

Let me host a Mutual betting pool for this 2nd T20I match between India vs Bangaldesh. The series spiced up because Bangladesh unexpectedly beaten India in the first match. Do you think Bangladesh will make it happen again in the 2nd match too?

Let's have some gambling in this and see who smiles until the end.

Last time of entry: 07/11 - 12:00 GMT time (One and half hour before the match to start)

This is great. Can you provide a LTC address since BTC fees are pretty high these days? Exchanges like Yobit charge 0.00012 BTC fees for a BTC transaction while they charge dust for a LTC transaction.

Also, what is up with 'Send an amount between 0.0005BTC to 0.0005BTC'? Both the min and max are same. Do you mean '0.00005 to 0.0005'? Will you be conducting this pool for the 3rd T-20 too?

This is how it will work. I am quoting this from the other thread so the new comers can understand it better.

Yes oneHash style. Not using any third party website coz it's just an draw win draw market. Here is how I am thinking.

We will have an address to send the money.
Say you send X amount and someone else sent Y amount and the other one Z amount. You picked India and the other one guy picked Bangladesh and the other one picked India.

So here we have 2 India and 1 Bangladesh. And say the pool has 3mBTC
Now if India wins then you two share the inning based on the percentage of the stake you had.

X=0.0005BTC
Y=0.0015BTC
Z=0.001BTC

X and Y is India and India won. So the winner's will get:
X <<< 0.0005+0.00025 = 0.00075
Y <<< 0.0015+0.00075 = 0.00225

Obviously there will be a tx fee to deduct.

I hope it make sense.

Let's have a minimum or 0.00005 to max of 0.005 for per users? I mean one can send any amount in between and their team to pick. We will need a separate thread for this of course.

By the way, do you want me to open a trade in the exchange section so that if anyone is interested for the LTC then they can take it and in exchange they can send the BTC in the pool address? LOL just realized the it was a mistake in the OP. I wanted to mean the minimum stake is 0.0005BTC and the max is 0.005BTC but I see RapTarX sent an amount of 0.0004BTC. So let's not have a minimum amount. Just the max stake which is 5mBTC.

Just make sure it comes from a different tx coz he winner will get the amount in the address the fund came from. This way things will be easier for me I guess.

Are you team Bangladesh? If you are, you can use Shapeshift. There is a heavy demand for team Bangladesh here. I will observe from here and see if there will be money to pour on that pot so I can sneak in.

The pressure will be in India and it is hungry for redemption here. While Bangladesh can give it all without much pressure as they have nothing to lose in this road match.

Am betting on India, but thanks for the tip though. I don't think Bangladesh will be able to defeat India twice in a row since they are the ones under immense pressure these days thanks to Shakib's ban, BCB politics etc.

Nice to see the mutual betting. I expect the match to be abandoned because of the cyclone alert, so I'll also make a bet just before the cutoff time if they're going to play. But in the India Vs Bangladesh series, Bangladesh winning the 1st match is not going to change the odds that India are the favourites for winning/drawing the series. And most bets would be on India rather than Bangladesh. But if it was ENG Vs NZ, we could see a good competition and would be more enjoyable imho.

Yeah I get that. This is just an experiment. We never had this king of arrangement before in here. If this turns our entertaining then we can do it regular basis in close matches, I mean against those teams who are close in strength.

Hey Royse, I just have noticed that you have not put a minimum bet. I think there must be a minimum amount, otherwise, Little Mouse will send 1000 satoshi and take the chance to win total pool with supporting Bangladesh 

And most bets would be on India rather than Bangladesh. But if it was ENG Vs NZ, we could see a good competition and would be more enjoyable imho.

Although you are correct that India is still the favorite and most people will bet on India (I too), but you know Indian current team isn't much balanced aalthough the batting line up is good. I doubt India will easily win the next match.

This is basically the fun part of mutual betting. Fact is, mutual betting is more fun when two teams has same strength and it's very difficult to chose a winner.

Depending on the success of this pool we may go for matches which are hard to predict. Like matches between Eng vs New or Aus vs India types of matches. This one came in my mind because of India's lost in the first match. Everyone (well most of the users) started to say that India is in trouble. I think they are not actually.

Not sure about series bet but if this one washed out then depending on the pool members, we may use the fund for the next one or everyone will get the refund.
