You might be right there but that would mean that bitcoin will make a new price hike like $13,000 or $15,000 in order to reach that expected price of Ethereum. Does this means that bitcoin will have a sudden surge of price within this month? Since most of these altcoins are following the trend of bitcoin.

We all have our own speculation though my guess is that it will happen by the end of the year, not this month. There will be demand to ETH by the coming months when the planned fork approaches. Staking ETH makes people wanna buy ETH for that purpose. And with the help of BTC price spikes, we might ever see a breakout of the $250 resistance.

I think it will never happen on end of this month, Because normally most of the time Bitcoin growing louder others are follow way. So that word will come true, we need 25 percentage hype on Bitcoin. May be end of the year it will cross the $250 and it will come backward also possible on anytime. Most of the traders are waiting for upcoming bull run so Ethereum potential will see soon.

One whole month is such a long time when things could happen very quickly. Remember Bitcoin surged 40% in one day. What if Ethereum also surges 40% ($250) in one day and then the following week it surges again? But I understand why $250, it is an obvious resistance level to reach.

That isn't a bad price at all, if Eth can even get to $250.  I do think the 2.0 thing is going to be a huge thing for Eth, tho I don't think the average hodler is going to have the 32 Eth required to stake it.  There *will* be a lot of stakers, however and I do think it's a very positive step for it.

If we're talking about November only, I don't even think Eth is going to achieve $250.  It might be a few months before that level is hit again.  A lot of it depends on what bitcoin does, too.  I'd say maybe by march of next year everything will be on fire again and Eth will bust thru that level and back to its all time high again.

Considering the low bottom price the present value of ethereum is quite good for the holders. Ethereum is an much expected altcoin to profit big. The expectation grew higher and higher after the price reaching $1400+ during the previous bull market. Even now there is more chances for growth, but this time as predicted this won't that high even when bitcoin crosses $10000.

Honestly, Ethereum deserves to be over 200$ by the end of the year so November might bring eth to at least 200$ again and charts point in that direction too but 250$ for November is optimistic in my opinion as for now the markets seems to be stable around this zone with Bitcoin ~9k$ and Ethereum ~200$. Lets hope Ethereum won't go below 150$ as that would be a huge suprise as it will affect a lot the speculators.

ethereum prices over the past few days have only been stagnant and have not shown to reach or exceed $200, i personally do not expect so much this year because the sentiment in the crypto market is still so strong, even for ethereum prices reaching $200 until the end of this month i'm still very doubtful but at least just to hit at $190 maybe that could happen at the end of this month

Let's see ETH hold up the 0.02 BTC support first, before jumping to conclusions.

But I do think that if BTC is bullish in the medium term, ETH will likely outpace BTC growth because of how much it depreciated against BTC in the previous market cycle. I think that given the state of ERC20 adoption and potentially ETH2.0 coming out soon, it's a matter of time before ETH does get a bull run of its own.

But short term, I'm not leveraging my trades on ETH. Just holding rn because it's still uncertain where the wider market will move (whether BTC will breach $10k, etc.)

When people doubt, you have to buy more and prove to them that they are wrong. Altcoins is still good especially ETH and despite of many walls to stop the pump I still believe the ETH will go beyond $200 and stay on that level until the year end. it has some big news with "2.0" supposed to be coming into effect in the new year, and i expect some serious FOMO to ensue
Miners as always decide the price when it comes to Eth, and they will be desperate to make bank once PoW fades

It's hard to analyze altcoins at this time, I think to make it more conservative, I would agree that it has a potential to hit $250 by the end of the year.
ETH will always react to BTC's bullish run but since it didn't happen yet, this means ETH will remain stagnant at the current price, hopefully there's one last run for BTC but I don't expect much for altcoins to follow easily.

I hope that Ethereum will become an independent coin from BTC movements one day. Today ETH doesn`t show real strenght on the market. Forks of BTC was really better in the last rally, even chinese NEO showed better dynamics then ETH.
I think that ETH price may reach 220-230$ next spring...But because of undefined Buterin`s politics of rewarding stakeholders in PoS. I`m really not sure to see even 180$ in the summer 2020.

I’m still ok with ETH and I’m confident it can reach that level right before the end of November and potentially go up to $300 again on December. There’s a lot of good news to come and the ETH 2.0 will help us to see the price of ETH become expensive again, new ATH will be made on a real bull run.
