For the first target, I think $250 is okay because if the ethereum price can increase until that price, I am sure that in the next pump will be higher than that price. So if that can happen in this month, I guess that soon another higher rate will be reached too and that means, we can come back to make a profit from ethereum after a long time we miss a great time from ethereum. But I wonder if the price can directly increase to a higher rate or not because it seems it's difficult to do that, especially if bitcoin price is not giving a good moving.

$250 is still too high, in my opinion. I think ethereum prices will remain stable around $180-200 until the end of the year. and when approaching the launch of ethereum 2.0 then the price slowly rises, maybe it could be higher than $250. so for this year we have to be satisfied with the current situation, until the beginning of this year. so be patient and pray that prices don't fall again.

This isn't true though. Any coin in the market can get boosted up in value even if bitcoin doesn't spike. Though it's unlikely that eth would go to that  trajectory this year. We've seen a considerable rise in value of majority of the coins this year including ethereum and it didn't make a lot of noise. If that trend continues, then probably by next year, yeah, 250 dollars will be hit, though in the same pace.

for now, the price of ethereum has reached the level of $ 190, and that's approaching the level of $ 250. if this trend continues, I think it is not impossible that this month ethereum prices can reach that price. however, although the ethereum price goes up, the increase is not so fast. for a save point, before the 15th, I hope ethereum prices can reach prices above $ 210.

Resistance is the key here, we have seen attempts to breach $200, but it was always a failure.

With that said, if we get to break $200 and sustained it, then potentially we can go to $250.

But if we can't even go there, I doubt that we are going to see $250 even at the end of the year. We have to wait till ETH 2.0 in early 2020 and see if it has a positive and long lasting effect on the price.

Well, we are still in the early days of the month of November and there is no easy way of predicting the market as it is unpredictable but I don't think the Ethereum price will ever surpass $200 this year. Maybe in the early 2020, the Ethereum price will surpass the $200 level but not now because people have no interest in Ethereum.

Its not possible because the graph already showed a potential.  But i don't believe that it will happen on this month in my opinion,  because if you look through the percentage itself still very low honestly.  wherein it's impossible to achieve that price ($250 ) in just short term . And in fact its not enough time despite of the circumstance of the market.  which is takes more time to make new pump again for sure.. unless bitcoin influence the growth rate when it surge more by the end of the year IMO.

In relation to your predictions, the chart shows more positive signs that ethereum could surpass the resistance of $209 to $225. How much more if bitcoin also surges intimately during holiday season, this will turn out to be exciting in December days. Hopefully this time we will be breaking free from bearish market, and soon enough ethereum will go on with the ride of bitcoin's journey towards highest achievable price.

I do not really expect ethereum to move up during the whole month, but your prediction is realistic which is a lot more than what I can say about most of the predictions I see in the forum which say that ethereum is going to go up hundreds or even thousands of dollars before this year ends.

But the most important question is if ethereum will reach those prices while bitcoin remains static or it will keep depending on the price of bitcoin to keep rising.

We have to rely on more indicators and news to accurately predict the price of ethereum. If this November, there is an update on ethereum 2.0, I think it will pump up to $ 250 easily and overcome many strong resistances.
The current chart still shows that ETH is still trending upward in the short term. longer term bulls or stronger bulls depend on other factors.

$250 maybe good price, at least if it really reach $250, it not pumped and dumped very fast. But slow and steady, until next halving incase it will follow bitcoin price again. For a coin like ETH, i think it is worth to hold , and it is in my portofolio for now. Don't know must hold until when but i believe it can reach high price again like in past.

We are talking of November only, if we have a good run this month, it could affect the remaining month of the year and we will end up strong.
ETH is currently price at $184, that's less than 40% on increase is needed to reach $250 this month, and i think it could happen with a constant increase since i am not expecting it will pump like what BTC did last month.

This is some nice speculation, not too high for the speculated price of Etherium this month. The market seems going stable since that sudden drop last September. along with the announcement of the launching of Etherium 2.0 the price might increase this month. 250$ is easy to achieve if the price of the Bitcoin continues to rise until next month because some of the investors are diversifying their BTC to ETH as well. The only reason for the ETH price to increase that much is the BTC price increase and the Etherium 2.0 launching.

I think Ethereum is not a short investment and even if we could somehow accurately know the prices by the Nov 2019, acting on that information would change the outcome. however, I see it as it would hit to $2,500 by 2021 easily as long as Vitalik behind it. I love the Man and his genius is simply unmatchable. I always invest long-term since I am not an active day trader. For short term there are too many factors that could come into play. One of these issues would be further splits in the currency at one of the upcoming hard forks. Personally, I think Ethereum 2.0 is the cryptocurrency with the most potential. I could sure see ETHEREUM gathering some steam soon, due to upgrades and fixes, and the fact that this is not just a coin, you are dealing with more a “platform” for smart contracts, and the ability to note that it houses something different.
